Azvi - Vimac Joint Venture

Azvi - Vimac Joint Venture was the general subcontractor for the Construction of road and railway infrastructures access to the Calafat - Vidin Bridge over Danube. During this period, besides the specific activities of the job (archival documents, check invoices) I created a new application (a database in mysql with an interface in php / html / javascript for acces it) to record informations about the expedition papers received (date of expedition papers, date when they was registered, quantity, company, material name, the related code from the bill of quantity) , because before they were recorded in different Excel files. This application reduced the time for recording the expedition papers to half, it offer access to a real-time situation of the materials received, and based on informations recorded it can be used to generate various reports that was required each month (the situation of the warehouse - with incomes and outcomes, with quantity and value). It also reduced the time required to obtain the situation of the deposit materials on a certain date and also for obtain a prevision of what it is invoiced and not-invoiced at a certain date. Also the information from this database are used for the cost-control of the project. A demo version of this can be see and used at http://portofoliu.airoman.ro/EvidentaIntrari . Since January 2011 I make the situation of the deposit and and the internal control and cost, for this I used the program that I created and implemented previous. Since April 2011 I took part from the purchasing department. From this position i dealt with the bidding, negotiation (the prices and the conditions of the new contracts) and prepare the comparatives of the prices.
