Founder & CEO

•	Set the basis of Ubisoft Craiova and developed the studio from 13 to over 80 people,
•	Worked closely with the Recruitment & OD Manager and Managing Director of Ubisoft Romania and identified the needs for Ubisoft Craiova,
•	Proposed the annual budget, and coordinated the recruitment processes for all the opened positions in Craiova,
•	Managed crisis situation and changed the negative trend that has started,
•       Organised and coordinated ACE-UBISOFT Craiova Gaming Centre – a gaming training
centre (programming, graphics, design) that more than 2000 people attended

•	Proposed and implemented processes to develop Ubisoft Craiova Studio and its fluxes and ensured their alignment to Ubisoft Romania processes and strategy,
•	Created project roadmaps, team staffings and budgets,
•	Partnered with different foreign Studious to produce various projects and develop new departments inside Ubisoft Craiova,
•	Had as direct reports teams from 2 up to 40 people, with various jobs (programmers, artists, designers, marketing, leads, producers),

•	Successfully monitored the implementation of Performance Review process in the studio,
•	Coordinated internship programs: recruitment, planning, continuous communication and final appraisal,
•	Constantly communicated internal decisions and organised internal events,
•	Collaborated with NGOs on CSR programs, organised external events, employer branding campaigns and created “Brand Ambassadors” inside the studio,
•	Developed and sustained strong relationships with the local media (radio, TV, newspapers), technical faculties, and students (student groups and forums).

Production Manager

As a Senior Producer, I managed teams of over 40 talented game developers and oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality mobile, PC and console games. I have a PhD in Computer Software Engineering and more than 20 years of experience in the game development, both as a producer and a lecturer.

My core competencies include project management, budgeting, staffing, pitching, client relations, and multi-studio collaborations. I have successfully led and coordinated several game projects for major companies, such as Ubisoft and Gameloft. I am passionate about game production and innovation, a fair-minded people-person, oriented towards business and people development, and I constantly seek new opportunities to learn and grow in this dynamic and challenging field.
