I’m Radu, a passionate QA veteran with an extensive background in the Ubisoft mobile QA department. Working in games was once just a dream, and now I help game dev studios bring a smooth experience to players everywhere.

As Founder and CEO of Alkotech Labs, I believe in customizing solutions for each team. My approach blends agile methods with rigorous AAA standards, ensuring that even smaller studios benefit from proven processes. From mobile to PC, console, and VR, my focus is on collaboration, structure, and a mindset that puts quality first.

Game Development Workshop leader at Omnia. I’m scaffolding young adults in learning to create games in small teams. We do learn programming, 3D-modelling and game design, as well as iterative production process, game testing and teamwork. We’re welcoming mentors and guest lecturers to the workshop.

At Game dev workshop, we do games based on the ideas of the participants, but we also do client projects. If you’re from a game company, and wish for prototyping, game testing, or development of some feature, get in contact! At Folkforge, I’m the producer of a 7-person volunteer team. We’re crafting our first release for Steam, a psychological narrative first person horror game. We’re guided by LGIN and part of Kajaani Game Lab program.

I learned my people-skills and a professional understanding of cooperation and communication from my studies in educational psychology. From my game dev studies at Riveria I learned a good overview of programming in Unity C# and Unreal Engine blueprints, as well as the art production pipeline from Zbrush, Blender and Maya into engine. 

Finnish folklore, nature and communities motivate me. Gathering slowly people to co-create a new ecovillage. Storyteller, singer and songwriter. Lover of Life, nature, learning and great games.
