•	Addressing IT queries and concerns for clients and personnel through remote channels, including Email, phone, and personal support.
•	Provide regular progress reports to the onshore team and ensure timely submission of time cards.
•	Organize and set up calls for consultants using Outlook, make sure the appointments and meeting details were handled smoothly.
•	Engage in weekly meetings and stand-up calls with onshore teams to provide updates on the current status of tickets and ensure alignment on progress and priorities.

Accessed SQL Servers via RDP to perform health checks on Availability Groups, and monitored log sizes, usage, failover cluster node status, disk space, RAM utilization, and SQL Server Cohesity.
•	Data stage Monitoring
Accessed Data Stage via RDP to conduct CDC checks, manage ETL processes, monitor RAM usage, and perform disk checks. 
•	ODI Monitoring
Used RDP to check if ODI was working correctly in production and UAT environments.
•	JFL Postgres Server Monitoring
Logged into Amazon Workspace to perform disk space checks, RAM utilization checks, server status checks, replication checks, and log checks.
•	WinSCP Management
Managed file transfers between servers weekly as per client requests using the WinSCP application.
