Improve accounts by leveraging data to maximize ride hailing marketplace efficiency 

Requirements

- Travels to our top accounts worldwide— MENA, East Africa, LatAm, wherever — and gets stuff done on the ground
∙ Digs into ride data, identifies what’s suppressing marketplace health, and implements fixes with the operator
∙ Introduces new processes at partner level: driver onboarding, supply management, pricing calibration, completion rate recovery
∙ Owns a portfolio of 3-5 accounts, measured on GMV growth and marketplace efficiency
∙ Feeds product with structured operator signal from the field

The person we’re looking for

∙ 2–4 years at McKinsey / Bain / BCG, or fast-track ops at Uber, Bolt, Careem, or equivalent
∙ Hungry, ambitious, and genuinely excited to work in frontier markets
∙ Willing to travel extensively — think 40–50% of the time, sometimes to places Google Maps struggles with or your mom would wish you don t get a visa
∙ Comfortable running a workshop in Riyadh one week and a driver ops debrief in Nairobi the next
∙ Runs toward hard problems, not away from them
∙ 60–80 hour weeks don’t scare them — they thrive in that mode otherwise you don t feel like living
∙ After 12 hours work day would probably try to hit a club, tinder or explore the city

At Onde we are looking for a CFO to join our journey from ARR 10M to 100M
This is the role we are looking for, please distribute to your friends in Europe: 

Onde powers ride-hailing for 5-10 million trips a month across the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, US, Europe... We're profitable, bootstrapped, 150 people team mostly in Poland. Our finance function is solid. We don't need someone to build Excels or investor decks. You would likely leverage AI+me to get it done.

We need a CFO who thinks like a CEO.

What this role actually is:

You'll be a business builder first, financial leader second. Alongside your CFO responsibilities, you'll own the P&L for one of our new ventures — Onde Finance, our embedded financial services platform for drivers globally. 

What we expect:

- Scaled a tech company through the $10M–$100M ARR journey and know what breaks at each stage
- Built or scaled financial products — payments, wallets, lending, insurance 
- Navigated regulated industries with a Product Leg Growth Mode
- Structured and closed debt financing deals
- Sat close enough to product teams, designers, engineers to speak their language and push back when needed
