I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data, and enterprise transformation, with a clear focus on translating advanced technology into measurable business impact.

With more than ten years of experience across consulting and industry, I have led complex, cross-functional initiatives, built high-performing teams, and delivered transformation programs in data, AI, and analytics across multiple sectors. My work consistently focuses on turning strategic ambition into scalable, operational reality.

In my current role as Program Head for Artificial Intelligence at Merz Group, I shape and drive the company’s AI transformation agenda. This includes identifying value-adding use cases, establishing governance and operating models, and enabling responsible adoption of AI to address core business challenges in healthcare and beyond.

My background combines industry leadership with a strong academic foundation. Prior to consulting, I served as Assistant Professor at the University of Freiburg in Germany, where I focused on data-driven process analytics and information security. I led international research projects, published in peer-reviewed venues, and contributed as a program committee member and reviewer for leading scientific conferences and journals.
