The higher up you go, the less people tell you when you interrupt.

So you assume you’re doing fine.

But really, you're just going unchallenged.

Shut up, breathe, let them finish, and then respond.

Start by speaking 20% less.
Let the room breathe.

LinkedIn is no longer optional, it’s your launchpad.

Find roles, follow companies, engage with content, and learn how hiring managers think.

2. Don’t hide your campus projects, volunteer work, or skills.

-Know more about the company than the average candidate: find alumni on LinkedIn, follow the company page, and read recent updates.

-Prepare examples that show your adaptability, communication, and problem-solving.
