I worked with the founder and reallocated our budget to prioritise the B2B. This shift proved successful; by the time I left, our monthly revenue had grown to £180k—a substantial increase from the £50k when I started.

Launched in Feb2020, it has served over  10,000 food orders to 5000 customers. ETB won 3 Great Taste Awards and finalists for 2 Butcher Shop of the Year awards. Featured in The Telegraph, The Times, Great British Food, and London The Inside.
