As a Workflow Automation Consultant at AECOM, I was approached by the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm to streamline business processes across three teams and configure workflow on Monday.com.

In this role, I successfully mapped out the work and collaboration scenarios for the three teams across five Monday.com boards. This involved understanding the unique requirements and challenges of each team and designing customized workflows to optimize their productivity and efficiency.

To automate and streamline their processes, I launched 25 Monday.com Workflow Automations. These automations not only saved time and effort but also ensured consistency and accuracy in task management and communication.

Furthermore, I established roles-based workflow automations, allowing team members to easily track and manage their responsibilities within the system. This helped in improving accountability and transparency across the teams.

In addition, I streamlined views on Monday.com, ensuring that team members had clear visibility into their tasks, deadlines, and progress. This enhanced collaboration and coordination among team members, ultimately leading to improved project outcomes.

-I successfully mapped out their sales operations and created a robust solutions architecture utilizing various tools such as Pipedrive, Outfunnel, Activecampaign, Intercom, Zapier, and Typeform.

-One of my key accomplishments was the launch of 18 Pipedrive Workflow Automations, which significantly improved efficiency and productivity within the sales team. These automations streamlined various tasks and processes, allowing the team to focus on more strategic activities.

-In addition, I synchronized data and custom fields across all solutions to facilitate lead qualification and routing.
