•	Supervised and mentored a team of 2-5 trainees and associate engineers during field operations on both onshore and offshore oil rigs, ensuring precise and accurate logging measurements using a variety of formation evaluation sensors (Gamma, Resistivity, Density-Neutron, Formation Pressure Testing & Acoustic).
•       Accurately fulfill permits/forms, databases and reports (i.e. service tickets/forms, lost/damaged equipment, radiation site survey, End of Job Customer Survey (EJCS) report, First Alert Database (FAD)/Correction, Prevention and Improvement (CPI).

•	Performed data quality checks and data cleanliness (outliers, missing data, data formats etc.) on well log data to maintain service quality standards.
