I served as Vice President for Latin America at Innovid, continuing to enhance our regional presence and growth until Innovid's NYSE IPO.

After that, I co-founded Lara AI, an AI-powered HRBP that helps companies reduce turnover and enhance HR team efficiency., currently with +100 customers in more than 10 countries.
In 2025 Lara AI was acquired by Visma, the company leader in Europe and LatAm that provides business management software, mainly for accounting, payroll, and HR.
