Launching outbound campaigns is great, but at what frequency, scale?

How many emails should you send per day, week, month?
How many warm-up emails?
How many LinkedIn invitations per weeks?
How many follow-ups?

If you're still asking yourself these questions, this carefully crafted this infographic is for you.

I've compiled all the answers in an outreach limits checklist.

Respecting these limits is essential for:

- Avoiding cold-mail spam
- Avoiding being banned on LinkedIn
- Ensuring your messages reach their target

Respecting limits is the foundation of effective and professional prospecting.

To keep it short:

Domains: Limit to two or three email addresses per domain to distribute the sends.

Personally, I buy them with Zapmail.ai and set up DNS automatically, which is really convenient.

Emails: 30 prospecting emails per working day and 15 warm-up emails per day (all week long).

LinkedIn: Between 20 and 45 invitations per day, only on weekdays.

Your ability to send invitations on LinkedIn greatly depends on your SSI (Social Selling Index) score.

But also on how much you pay LinkedIn.

Free account vs. premium account vs. Sales Navigator account.

The more you pay, the more LinkedIn will allow you to do.

Updated Stack for 2026

Stop buying lead databases.

Most of them are just big lists of people who will never buy.

What actually matters is lead quality.

I use a simple framework:

Lead Quality = Signal × Timing × Fit

✅ Signal
Are they showing buying behavior?

✅ Timing
Are they in a window where they could actually act?

✅ Fit
Do they match your ICP?

When these three align, outbound suddenly feels very different.

Instead of sending hundreds of random messages,

you’re reaching people who already have context.

Example of a query I recently built:
Find VPs of Sales at AI companies, with 10–50 employees in the sales team, Series A stage, using HubSpot and currently hiring SDRs.

Then you layer filters:

- Lookalike companies
- B2B companies only
- Technographics
- Employee count by department
- Job openings
- Funding signals

That’s how you go from 800M companies → ~1,000 highly relevant leads.

Not a list.
A targeted opportunity set.

I quit smoking 1 year ago. This is the most impressive thing i’ve done for myself in a long time.

Something I thought was impossible just a few months ago.

I started smoking 6 years ago due to family issues that caused a lot of stress.

I’m proud of this milestone.

Proud because I know how hard it is to break habits that feel bigger than you.

Most founders don’t need more AI.

They need a system.

Automation gets blamed for spam.
AI gets blamed for soulless outreach.

But the real issue isn’t the tools.

It’s weak foundations.

Acquisition is not a prompt.

It’s a system.

And most teams try to jump straight to: multi-channel automation, intent signals, AI agents …without having:

– a clear ICP
– aligned messaging
– a clean CRM

Automation on chaos just creates automated chaos.

But when the base is solid?

Before you even think about sending a DM on Linkedin, fix your profile.

Your headline, banner, and bio need to work for you, not against you.

Do your homework on the person before sending a connection request.

Generic invites like “Let’s connect” get ignored.

And if they do accept, don’t pitch them on Day 1.

Give it 3–5 days, and don’t do it in a pushy way.

Engage with their content.

Add value before asking for anything.

The best outbound feels like a conversation, not a sales trap.

Voice messages can help, but only when used with real intent.

And if you’re not tracking your response and connection rates, you’re flying blind.

Bad habits? Here’s what to avoid:

Don’t lead with desperation.
Don’t write 300-word essays in your cold DMs.
Don’t hit up everyone from the same company at once.

And definitely don’t try to automate your way into trust.

LinkedIn is still human-first.
Treat it that way.

Most people think enrichment starts with a name.
