Make this your 2026 resolution. 

Even if it’s small. Even if I don’t have it all figured out. Even if people don’t get it yet.
 
Because I’m tired of building someone else’s dream. Tired of asking for permission. Tired of living a life that looks safe but feels empty.
 
I don’t need perfect timing. I need a decision.
 
So yeah… 2026 isn’t about comfort for me.
 
It’s about ownership. Freedom. And finally betting on myself.

I'm rooting for you all.

My boss was driving me crazy. 

(He said I’d never make it. That broke me inside.) 

It was my first sales job.

I was eager, ambitious, and totally clueless.

After weeks of struggle, he called me into his office:

"Look, sales just isn't your thing. Maybe consider something else." Then he put me on notice period.  

I felt embarrassed - rejected and shattered. 

Instead of quitting, I started studying great salesmen. 

I practiced cold emails after work.
I woke up early to improve my skills.
I practiced on how to talk to people. 

Slowly, I improved:

Landed my first client after 28 days. 
Earned more in commissions than my salary.
Set a company record by signing 4 more deals. 

Months later, that same boss said:

" Good job and you're staying here with us."

But my heart told me something else. 
So I planned to leave and never looked back. 

(Lesson)  

Criticism can sting - but it can also ignite a fire.

Never let anyone's opinion limit your potential.

P.S. Did I do the right thing? Yes or No?

I applied for 100+ jobs but got rejected. 

Every CV I sent felt like it landed in a trash. 

“No experience.”
“Not the right fit.”

Or worse silence.

Then came the layoffs. More than once.
The company said, “It’s not you, it’s the market.”

But it was me who had to pack my desk.
It was me who had to figure out what’s next.

I tried business too.
Failed. Hard.

Nobody helped me but my wife.
Who supported me in my dark times. 

I didn’t even have money to rent a place.
Some nights, I felt like giving up completely.

But here’s what I did instead:

Kept throwing my CVs like crazy.
Used every connection I had.
Knocked on doors.

And one thing led to another.
I got my first break. Then another.

Eventually, I built a business.
I signed clients. I created systems.

And today?

That same person who couldn’t land a job…

Has built a company helping founders fix the exact problems I once had.

The lesson?

Failure isn’t the opposite of success.
It’s the path to it.

To founders: Don’t judge someone by their rejections.
To professionals: Don’t let “No” define your story.

Because every rejection is just redirection.
