I contributed to Souq's recommendation engine, collaborating with data scientists to gather user data, train AI algorithms, and deliver personalized recommendations via APIs. My success on this team led me to join the CRM team, where I helped integrate new CRM tools, including the APPBOY system, to enhance customer relations.

- Researched and prototyped technologies (Hadoop, Cloudera, Phalcon) for the recommendation engine.

مع ذلك، أبغى أشارك خبرتي وأتواجد وأقدم فائدة

مرة كنت أكتب منشور وأعيد صياغته مرات
الين أحذف الجملة وأرجع أكتبها من جديد
وفجأة يطلع الصوت الداخلي: ليش أتعب روحي كذا؟

شفت التفاعل مع منشوراتي يزيد مع الصدق والبساطة
صرت أتكلم عن مواقف عشتها فعلاً، 
وأخطاء تعلمت منها

أشارك نصائح عملية وأدعم الناس بعفوية
لاحظت إنه يسمعونك إذا تكلمت من القلب.

جاتني فرص كثيرة بسبب تواجدي وكتابتي هنا
ناس تواصلوا معي للاستشارة أو فرص وظيفية 

فيه جهات طلبت خدمات تدريبية بسب منشور واحد
