My success on this team led me to join the CRM team, where I helped integrate new CRM tools, including the APPBOY system, to enhance customer relations.

From Factory Floors to Canva Fanatic: My Unexpected Design Journey

For 14 years, my world was machines,raw materials, and the rhythmic hum of production lines. A seasoned industrial engineer, I climbed the ladder from factory floor to R&D manager. But in the quiet corners of my mind, another passion bloomed. Graphic design whispered promises of color, creativity, and the power to tell stories visually.

In 2018, I embarked on a parallel journey, juggling late nights with design courses and devouring digital marketing like a starving man. The factory floor was my day job, the digital canvas my escape hatch.

Come March 2023, I took the leap. Trading in my hardhat for a stylus, I declared myself a freelance graphic designer. But the universe had bigger plans. I stumbled upon Canva, its intuitive tools and vibrant community igniting a spark within me.

Today, I'm officially a member of the Empower Canvassador Community in Canva, sharing my design knowledge through tutorials, e-books (my first, for Canva beginners, just launched!), and workshops.
