I didn't expect that I could drive inspiration while I myself was also in dire need of inspiration last year. All of us, if not globally, were in a deep emotional depression and mental stress caused by unexpected lockdown and glaring data on Covid infection. 

I was first recognized as #11 in 2018 on Top 47 Filipinos on LinkedIn to follow for Learning and Inspiration. And then again in 2019 as #5 on The Top 100 Filipinos to follow for inspiration and learning on Linkedin. 

I am a Certified HR Professional (CHRP) whose specialization is in Organizational Development and Effectiveness, and I am also a Certified Total Rewards Specialist from ASEAN Total Rewards Institute. And more recently, I was divested with a degree as Associate Fellow in People Management at PMAP. 

Apart from being an HR Leader, I am also an OSH - Dole registered Safety Practitioner and a PRC Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2010. 

I have conferred recognition with the "HR Leadership Award" from the Institute of Public Enterprise and Ascent during Asia Pacific HRM Conference in Bangalore India. In Feb 15, 2018, I was given recognition as one of the 500 Global HR Minds and Leaders in Mumbai, India, by Times Ascent Pvt Lt., for my active participation in conducting HR Conferences and Seminars. 

And more recent, I was recognized by Advantage Club and CHRO Asia as one of the Top 100 HR Leaders  - Philippines last June 7th 2023.
