I started with business education, but life took a turn towards nutrition. Battling health problems, I have crafted an innovative way to improve my relationship with food. Now rocking as a nutrition advisor and making healthy eating easy for entrepreneurs.

🎓 Education in Finance, Life in Nutrition.
Despite coming from a finance and accounting background academically and having worked in various business sectors in my mid-20s, I have dedicated my life to nutrition and wellness. 

My interest in nutrition began when I found myself falling sick frequently during early adulthood. 

Determined to optimize my immune system, I conducted research and experimented with different diets, refining my approach over the years. 

Today, my innovative approach to nutrition has enabled me to coach the CEOs and founders across the world.

Yearly we invest 2% of our revenues back into the farmer communities in Kenya, whether we are profitable or not. MisterGreen Electric Lease is a brand independent operational leasing company for electric cars. Founded in 2008 by Florian Minderop and Mark Schreurs.

Inspired by the urgency of moving towards a more sustainable environment and convinced by both the economics and comfort / quality of full electric transport. We are proud to mention that MisterGreen is currently the fastest growing leasing company in the Netherland and Belgium

Current balance sheet totals approx. EUR 35m. With a current fleet size of 1500 cars, our Full Electric Vehicle (FEV) market share is 4% (10% of the total FEV lease market). 

MisterGreen focusses on the methodology of Holacracy, a "leaderless" workplace structure.

Accomplishments

My position entails the establishment of the business development department of the company by creating new business channels domestically and internationally.

The Ambassadors program is one of the three nationals programs which AIESEC the Netherlands has to offer; it provides a unique opportunity for twenty individuals. After a rigorous selection process of 3 rounds in 4 months; they will spent 2 months abroad, where they will perform activities for local AIESEC departments, e.g. acquisition, presenting at universities or partake in humanitarian projects. My function set up this program and coordinate it on a national scale with the support of 5 part-time team members.

Projects & Personal Achievements:
- Four year partnership with Rabobank worth €100.000,- 
- Expansion of team to 6 members 
- Inclusion of four new countries

Responsibility lies in the a subtle transition of the Ambassadorship-programme from Groningen to Maastricht.

- Establishment of a dedicated team of part-timers headed by a full-time coordinator
