I started with business education, but life took a turn towards nutrition. Battling health problems, I have crafted an innovative way to improve my relationship with food. Now rocking as a nutrition advisor and making healthy eating easy for entrepreneurs.

🎓 Education in Finance, Life in Nutrition.
Despite coming from a finance and accounting background academically and having worked in various business sectors in my mid-20s, I have dedicated my life to nutrition and wellness. 

My interest in nutrition began when I found myself falling sick frequently during early adulthood. 

Determined to optimize my immune system, I conducted research and experimented with different diets, refining my approach over the years. 

Today, my innovative approach to nutrition has enabled me to coach the CEOs and founders across the world.

• Organized catering options for NeuGeneration's two-day Neuroscience Conference for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, shipping, and picking product orders for IDN-Canada, the leading security, access control solutions, lock, and door hardware distributor in Canada.

• Accurately picked sales orders and warehouse transfers and consistently met the deadline to ship packages.
• Ensured accuracy in all sales orders, organizing them by order date and matching them with back orders.
• Efficiently posted purchase orders and warehouse transfers to IDN-Canada's internal system, and packed orders to send to delivery.
• PO received items and restocked them in the correct location.

Represented Queen’s University nationally for Research in Mental Health chosen from a highly competitive, record number pool of undergraduate students.

• Conducted a self-directed research project developing a novel study to contribute to nationwide scientific advancements during the 10-week program.
• Performed data entry and analysis using R: Data Exploration, Hypothesis Testing, P-values, T-tests, ANOVA, Regression Analysis, Data Visualization.
• Worked with public consolidated datasets drawing correlations to connect results to sociodemographic factors and social determinants of health.
• Developed a manuscript, used literature analysis, and peer reviewed.
• Poster creation and presentation during symposium.

Undergraduate Researcher

Earl Haig Leaders Collective

Admin Coordinator overseeing all Executives and General Members in the Administrative Committee as well as worked with other Executives and staff supervisors to run the largest student-run organization of over 200 student leaders. This was when in-person opportunities became more prevalent, and we had to ensure the transition from online to in-person was smooth and filled with various events.

• Founder of The Minds Together Project: A documentary intended to relay students’ perspectives on mental health as well as professional opinions from TDSB representatives and clinical psychologists within the board. The hope of the project is to increase accessibility to mental health support systems within the board as well as assuage the overwhelming taboo surrounding the subject. 
--> Interviews student body leaders, Head of Guidance, Vice Principal, Head of Student Success, TDSB Child Youth Worker, TDSB Social Worker, and Dr. David Schwartzbein (Chief of Psychological Services of Area D in the TDSB).
• Created Department Information Night: Video introducing all departments at Earl Haig SS, and asking Department Heads incoming students' parent's FAQs.
• One-on-one mentorship with a freshman and mentored a group of Admin General Members in creating and hosting their own event.
• Hosted Photo Day, Photo Retake Day, and Resume & Interview Workshop.
• Partnered with Radio Haig (morning announcements team) to promote LC and engage students by requesting songs to play.
• Created Critical Paths for the incoming Executive Team to use to guide them in their new position.
• Hired new Executive members for Leaders Collective through a multi-step application and interview process.

Administrative Coordinator

Admin Assistant is an Executive position on LC working closely with other Assistant and Coordinator, as well as the rest of the Executive team to provide events and help school staff and admin with their planning. This was during the pandemic when everything suddenly became online.

• Created the Academic Success Workshop for students at Earl Haig SS to improve their academic performance with strategies revolved around the new online learning system.
• Created the Co-Curricular Success Workshop for students to find extracurricular activities, volunteer opportunities, and jobs online.
• Created Curriculum Night which is a short informative video outlining all the departments and department heads at Earl Haig SS for incoming freshman students and their parents.
• Took meeting minutes for all weekly meetings and sent them to the Executive team and staff supervisors.
• Planned socials online for Admin General Members to create an open and friendly working environment.
• Developed an online video for Commencement for the graduating class of 2021.

Admin General Member of LC to gain experience volunteering to help setup and execute for school-wide events as well as provide input to upcoming events to the LC Executive Team.

• Logged 100+ hours helping in the setup process of school-wide events such as Photo Day, Parent BBQ Night, and Parent-Teacher Interviews.
• Toured parents around Earl Haig SS who were interested in admitting their children to the collegiate or Claude Watson Secondary Arts Program.
• Actively engaged in discussions and reached out to Executive members to provide feedback and receive mentorship.

Warehouse Associate responsible for processing, stocking, and delivering orders for BSW Beauty Supply.

• Processed and delivered orders across all 8 BSW Beauty Stores in Canada.
• Organized orders, including loading and unloading inventory items.
• Maintaining products' condition and regularly checking and reporting defects.
• Cleaned and organized warehouse space, inventory, and goods.

Cashier and CSR for BSW Beauty Supply's stores and annual Tent Sale.

• Ensured all items from incoming deliveries had no defects, and applied alarms to each item for security.
• Sent outgoing goods to delivery trucks to send to other BSW Beauty Canada locations.
• Helped customers informing them about BSW Beauty products, as well as the locations of them in the store and if they had other questions.
• Cashier for BSW Beauty's busiest annual sale: BSW Tent Sale, where efficient customer service was provided.
