I began on iNTECH's graduate training scheme as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in January 2008.

Completed a 13 week training program, hit targets and became a Technical Consultant April 2008. I now concentrate on various assignments within: FMCG (Food, Chemical & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Distribution), Utilities, Process Engineering and Technology Design & Development.
 
I supervise and mentor 4 Recruitment Consultants & 2 Resourcers. I stepped up in the absence of the Managing Consultant or the Technical Manager as per the needs of the business.

Headed up the FMCG (Food, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Distribution) Division at iNTECH which included: Service, Maintenance, Project, Process and also the R&D / Design of the Process & Packaging machinery.

Ensuring the successful Production of Animal Feed was Manufactured on time and in line with all Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation.

I began here on the Production line as a Production Operative & quickly progressed to "Production Supervisor" when the opportunity arose. There I was responsible for overseeing the administration of chemicals & raw materials for the safe Manufacturing of Animal Feed in: nut, pellet and bulk feed form.

I was responsible for staff Supervision on my shift including the Production Line and the warehouse operatives / FLT Drivers. I reported directly to the Shift Manager.

I left here to go to University as a mature student, but gained an excellent understanding of working in a challenging Food Manufacturing environment.
