• Developed strategies and programs to promote, attract and grow a diverse workforce in support of company objectives.
• Maintained accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities with the applicant tracking system (ATS) and personnel files for reporting and compliance.

•  Sourced candidates through extensive head hunting and conduct first-level interviews to screen for suitable candidates.

• Organized technical interviews with functional heads and evaluate the assessments to prepare offer letters.
