RecruiterWEB announces Recruitzy, the job board for recruiters, made by recruiters to protect recruiters.

Recruiters, are you fed up with being held to ransom by job boards for their fees? Are you fed up with 400% price increases for your advertising plans? Are you fed up with paying for ads that produce no results? Would you just like some control of the job you put online and to control the costs?

Then welcome to Recruitzy. 

Recruitzy is a job board for recruitment agencies to be controlled by those recruitment agencies and not a mindless corporate bent on 400% price increases. 

Recruitzy will be limited to a simple membership fee of £300 per year, and each recruitment company can post unlimited jobs.

The membership fee will be spent on the running costs of the site, which will be run and managed by RecruiterWEB, using RecruiterWEB tech. Rather the direction of the venture will be controlled by its members, so no nasty 400% prices increase like, say, a particular job board we all know.

It is time for a new way and for you to get your head around the simplicity of this problem Recruitzy seeks to fix, where you advertise dictates what you pay for advertising Recrutizy is just a way to limit that cost and future control those costs. In January 2015, I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD in 2019, I found myself cured after having the condition for 45+ years having had a difficult childhood with all forms of abuse and drowning when I was 5.

#PTSDnotforme is my attempt to help others by sharing my story, warts and all. I hope it will resonate with some and so trigger them into taking positive action for themselves.

My thanks go to my long-suffering wife, and my hero of a son for standing by while they're normal became not normal. To Bev Gold who pulled me out of the darkness, to Ben Coomber and the Coomberites who humoured my early writings for #PTSDnotforme, to Troy Martin for calling me out on Victim Mode thinking and for subsequent support he has given our family. Finally, to Stephen Aish the mind management guru who is the best guide to finding your own strength I have ever met.

The key takeaway I'd like people to get from #PTSDnotforme is that mental illness is not you being weak, you are stronger than you give yourself credit for. Because if you ever really take the time to stop and really, really think about it then mental illness is not a weakness it is the supreme test of just how good your mental strength is. Say what?

Yup it is the supreme test because having depression is like having to run a marathon twice a day barefoot on glass, PTSD is like Groundhog Day with Freddie Kruger as a co-star, and he kills you in a new way every day. Trust me, you are not mentally weak to endure this, people, you are fucking #legends. The mental elite, the best of the mental best, Olympian mind gurus, you choose your title, but to me, you are #legend. You just need to the tools to release you from the painful loop your mind is in to survive and then thrive.
 
Those who don’t make it and leave us through suicide are NOT mentally weak, they are mentally exhausted, and sadly it is the exhaustion that kills them. If you are reading this and you are exhausted, then seek help now.

Recruitment training company delivering in-house training and public seminars aimed at new business generation methods for recruiters in permanent, contract, interim and temp sales. 

Courses were run monthly in London, Leeds, Birmingham, and Bristol and supported by in-house consulting with firms like Ellis Fairbank, M3 Group, and Jivecom. Trained a few thousand recruiters via courses held all over the country and distance learning for overseas delegates. 

Plus, in-house training both outsourced to us and in support of in-house training departments. Grew my date rate from £1250 to £2500 per day over this 5-year period for providing in-house advice making me one of the highest-paid advisors in the sales training for recruiters space. 

Day course typically attached 10-25 delegates paying £395 to £995 depending on the course, trained a few thousand recruiters this way.

I started in the recruitment industry for Franklin Human resources as a trainee IT Contract & Permanent recruitment consultant. Franklin was part of MRI, and I became the second-largest biller in my first year from 150 consultants billing £350k in 9 months. 

I ended my recruitment career at the LNI group as Sales Director designates for two City IT recruitment brands covering search/permanent and contract recruitment for investment banking technologies. I had a non-billing role but kept my hand in with a record perm fee of £47,500, and the person then hired team members that came to £220,000 in fees in one calendar year.

In my time, I sold contingency, retained, campaign advertising, RPO and onsite solution, both contract and perm.
