•	Match clients with the appropriate properties based on their budget and neighborhood interests.
•	Refer clients to specific management companies, owners, attorneys, banks and mortgage brokers and act as a liaison between them.
•	Represent buyers and sellers in a transaction by creating Comparative Market Analysis reports to determine the optimal pricing of a property, present bids and coordinate the accepted offer to the eventual closing.

Oversaw Sales, Marketing, Brand-Building, and Retention activity for television networks, print publications and Interactive and Internet-based products. Managed territory comprised of 2.4 million subscribers, including Philadelphia, Delaware, Virginia and West Virginia. Negotiated contract renewals.  Products included: TV Guide Channel, TV Guide Interactive, Sneak Prevue, TV Games, KTLA, WGN, WPIX, TV Guide Online, The Cable Guide, The Ultimate Cable Guide and TV Guide Magazine.

•	Launched TV Guide on analog format to: 
-	200,000 new Comcast customers in Philadelphia DMA.
-	30,000 new customers in Cox Virginia Beach system.
•	Earned additional responsibilities due to technical aptitude and passion:
-	Newly created role as information specialist between TV Guide Interactive Product Group and eastern region sales team; translated technology issues that aided sales staff to present new versions of the product.
-	Provided database support and software installation for sales force.
-	Initiated Sales Department’s interest in use of Palm Pilots for time and territory management; trained colleagues how to use it.
•	Established excellent relationship with Comcast’s Regional Marketing Director, the first TV Guide representative to do so; earned increased presence in Comcast’s video advertising.
•	Established valuable rapport with Comcast’s Technical Manager, with whom other TV Guide Reps had been unsuccessful; relationship yielded valuable competitive intelligence. 
•	Successfully sold branding campaigns and promotional strategies on multimedia to affiliates.

Account Manager

Bravo TV

Designed and implemented comprehensive marketing campaigns for Bravo and The Independent Film Channel (IFC) in territory comprised of 800,000 basic subscribers in Virginia and West Virginia. Developed marketing plans that utilized tactics targeting basic cable and non-cable households, and that reinforced value of product, and built positive image for the cable operator in the community.

•	Created market demand, negotiated deal and launched IFC in unlikely prospect, Charleston, WV. 
-	Developed grassroots campaign to convince system to launch: used relationships with Arts Groups, sponsored Arts Group’s annual dance, sponsored West Virginia International Film Festival, devised petition circulated in Retail Outlets, was interviewed on local ABC affiliate and in local newspaper.
•	Promoted Bravo as sponsor of Summer Youth Programs in cooperation with Adelphia-Lynchburg, VA to promote arts education in school.
•	Led Training and Marketing initiative throughout Eastern and Southern regions to promote Bravo and IFC during TCI’s digital HITS launch.  Initiated systems’ involvement with Arts Communities.
•	Launched Bravo in Charter-Morgantown, WV system; initiated ideas to use Bravo to sponsor Arts Community activities within the University.
•	Integrated IFC’s broadband presence with local market activities; convinced Adelphia-Charlottesville to promote Virginia Film Festival that IFC carried on live “webcast.”

His first film was "Spirituality in the Modern World" with Ken Wilber and Traleg Rinpoche in 2006 followed by "I Believe: Universal Values for a Global Society" with Dr. Karan Singh, "The Modern Mystic" about Sri M of Madanapalle, "The Quantum Indians" on Bose, Raman and Saha (winner of the Rajat Kamal at the National Film Award in Indian 2014 and the Golden Beaver Award for Best Indian Science Film 2013 from Vigyan Prashar),  "Yoga: Aligning to the Source", "Yoga Harmony with Nature" which was India's official film at the UN for the first International Day of Yoga and was shown globally and his recent film is "Guruji" on the great teacher Guruji Amritananda of Devipuram. Raja's next major production is a co-production with the US PBS Network WTTW Chicago called "America's First Guru" on Swami Vivekananda and the coming of Yoga and Hinduism to America.

Zone UK was one of the most disruptive, creative and innovative multimedia design and production companies in the UK during the pioneering 1990's. Founded in 1993 by award winning architect and multimedia producer Raja Choudhury, Zone developed London's acclaimed "VID Zone" touch-screen kiosk network at record stores(Tower, HMV,Virgin), fashion outlets, universities and night clubs (1993 - 1997), UnZip - Europe's first multimedia CD ROM magazine for music and lifestyle, winner of Milia D'Or 1996 and described by the Daily Mail as "the future of publishing." (1995 - 1996). Between 1993 and 1998, Zone designed and built numerous kiosk networks, CD ROMs, multimedia events and Web based installations for various clients including Tower Records, HMV, Sony Music, Sony Entertainment, Orange, Line One, BT and many other blue chip media and entertainment companies in the UK.

I founded A Thousand Suns Academy, and I have helped thousands of people live joyfully by applying ancient Indian knowledge and the principles of neuroscience and behavioral psychology to connect to the magic within each of us. And I also tell stories about this through films and talks.

While I am a trained architect, a Webby-winning digital media creator, a TED speaker, and an award-winning filmmaker, I uncovered the magic within myself after two businesses on two continents floundered. I turned to psychedelics first, and then meditation to reach higher consciousness. At my darkest moment, I had an awakening and felt a thousand suns exploding in my head, and my heart exploded. This was in in 2006 and that moment changed my life’s purpose and set me off to help others experience joy, bliss, and meaning every day.

Today, I teach at A Thousand Suns Academy, on the Shift Network, mentor hundreds, and often speak to CEOS, scientists, and my peers in human transformation. I have a popular Youtube channel, and I speak about consciousness, tantra, Indian wisdom, and self-actualization. My new projects are a documentary film called America’s First Guru for PBS (releasing in 2023), a new Shakti Power coaching system for leaders and entrepreneurs, and the soon-to-be-released transformational app, “Just Shreem,” providing hacks and tools to help people discover what they want and give them magical tools of sound, breath, and geometry to realize their dreams.
