My name is Denise O'Reilly. I have a real estate background in Acquisition, Sales and Asset/Property Management. I also have a long family history of Owning and Operating Senior Assisted Living.  My husband Michael O'Reilly was an Equity Trader for 23 years, and worked for the largest agency only broker/dealer in North America.

5 years ago we decided to take the plunge and not only be partners in life, but also be partners in business. We took the best of both our worlds and formed a real estate firm which is today called Flow Equity Partners. We also launched  an investment fund called Flow Equity Fund. 

Our mission is simple. We help Families and Busy Professionals earn Passive Income that enable them to Protect and Grow their Wealth. We do this through Alternative Investment Opportunities.

We source, underwrite, and perform due diligence on a large amount of investment offerings until we uncover an undeniable opportunity that ticks all the boxes, and that we feel is incredible enough to bring to our investors.

Many ask if they need to be Accredited Investors to invest in our deals. The answer is yes and no. While Flow Equity Fund is a 506(c) offering for accredited investors only, we also have 506(b) offerings where Non-Accredited Investors may also invest with us.
