I also led product marketing and the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for [24]7.ai's AI-powered contact center solutions which uses Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to decode customer intent and optimize customer experiences across all channels.

 We live in an age where data is abundant but insights remain scarce.
