It has been my experience that most CPA's do not have the time to handle the day to day & monthly bookkeeping tasks.  
Many times, the CPA will make some journal entries to adjust your books to match your tax return.
While this works well for tax purposes, it does not give the client the financial insights they need to make informed decisions about running their business throughout the year. My specialty is working with business owners on customizing their financial reports so they can make informed business decisions. 

During the pandemic, I spoke with multiple business owners who had no idea how they would be able to keep their doors open for business.  Many business owners did not have the understanding that they needed in order to make crucial decisions to stay afloat.
