18 Month Trainee Program: Consists of five rotations across Sales functions in the adidas group

Rotation (1) 6/12-9/12: Teamwear and specialists sales associate - Successful outcomes in this function were developing the first national teamwear database in the Pacific region. Developing a miTeam customer and consumer manual which helped launch miTeam in the Pacific region (www.miteam.com) as well as providing functional assistance to wholesale partners and sporting clubs in the use of miTeam, resulting in more landed sales and increased usability in the new tool. Conducted a viability report on the sport of cycling in the Pacific region using in depth statistical analysis. Which used population data, conducted study data, eCommerce statistics and economical researched facts. 

Rotation (2) 9/12-3/13: Field Account Representative  - This roles directive was to manage a territory of 45 wholesale accounts in the Victorian region including metropolitan and regional stores. The main focus of the role was the lead in to the 2013 Spring Summer sell in to our wholesale partners.

Rotation (3) 3/13 -7/13: Global sales position in Hong Kong, regional sales hub for Asia Pacific. Held project ownership of global initiatives B2B and clearance. Conducted analysis in the clearance business for 14 countries across Asia Pacific. The highlight of this rotation was working towards the 2014 Brasil football World Cup in B2B, dealing with multinational companies and regions in global sales.

Rotation (4) 7/13 - 12/13: Sales coordination adidas Pacific. This role was focused on key projects in wholesale e-commerce in the Pacific, clearance processes and building a sales induction program for any new starter in the sales team. Along with this the role entailed providing key daily reports as well as ad hoc assistance to the sales force. This rotation saw the rounding out of the functional trainee program.

After four months at TSA I graduated to the highest internal level of Sales Representative standings. This was achieved by hitting consistent Mobile targets on a weekly basis, as well as articulating excellent product knowledge in a tense environment.
