Airtable's MCP server is now live, along with connectors for both Claude and ChatGPT. 

Airtable is increasingly becoming a place where both humans and agents collaborate. By connecting agents to Airtable, you can allow them search and analyze your data, create records and update existing records. 

PMs now frequently ask their agents to synthesize product insights, customer feedback, and roadmap plans stored in Airtable apps -- or even feed this data directly into coding agents to build new features & prototypes! 

We'll be investing heavily in additional MCP capabilities over the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more updates including: 
- Updating Airtable apps via MCP (create new tables and fields)
- Support for users with Interface only access 
- Improved throughput and rate limits

Over the past year at Clay Club Berlin, one of the formats that worked really well for us was demo nights: community members presenting their workflows and use cases live on stage.

But this time, we wanted to try something different. Less presenting, more conversation.

So last week, we ran our first ever GTM Roundtables.
 
Six topics, small groups, two rounds, and moderators from the community leading each table:

Last week was not the week to be leaving my desk.

Two new projects kicking off. 
A RevOps audit with 6+ hours of meetings. 
Interviews running in parallel to fill our GTM Engineer role. 
Every existing client deliverable still needed to ship.

But Clay was opening their first European office in London. 
I've been in this ecosystem long enough to know that you show up for moments like that.

Congrats Kareem Amin and Varun Anand and the entire Clay team on the milestone.

What made the trip worth it wasn't the party.
It was the room. Felt like a Sculpt reunion. 

The people building and scaling GTM systems at the sharpest end of the market - wrestling with the same problems I was actively solving that week: how to structure engagements, price for value, deliver more without burning out the team.

That's the thing about being in the right room. You realize you're not figuring this out alone.

I came back with a few things I'm changing.
That alone justified the trip.

Great catching up with Bojana Petkovic, Nicolas Schell, Theo Kanellopoulos, Mustafa Khan, Mateusz Sekta, Artyom Jurkevich, and Marina Ghilchik.

And great meeting Francesco Prano, Wesley van Duin, Robert Docherty, Kristian Bonev, Emilia Korczynska , and Jérémy Grandillon.

Clean, enriched, high-context CRM data.
Once you have that, where do you go next?

Last year, we enriched a client’s target accounts with deep local context (nearby customers to reference, tech stack, owner background). Their inside team hit an 11% cold-call-to-meeting rate.

But field reps visiting 5–6 restaurants a day don’t open HubSpot between stops. So the enrichment just sits there.

So I built a voice AI agent on top of it.

At the HubSpot x ElevenLabs breakfast last Friday ( thanks Fabian Hartmann and Oscar Lanzendorf for putting it together), I shared how it works:

𝟭. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
The enrichment layer that worked for inside sales-  now usable for the field, mid-route.

𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿
A single briefing needs 4–5 HubSpot API calls in parallel. We built a serverless function that fuzzy-matches account names (reps say “Alchemist,” not the exact record) and returns one voice-ready briefing.

𝟯. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲
Rep calls a number from the car: “Brief me on Geranium.”
Within seconds: owner name, open deals, days since last touch, and talking points. Follow-ups are fast because the briefing context stays in session.

𝟰. 𝗧𝘄𝗼-𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗰
After the meeting: “Log a note” / “Create a follow-up for next Tuesday.”
It writes back to HubSpot - right company, no manual entry.

Twilio → ElevenLabs Conversational AI → one serverless Supabase function → HubSpot. That’s the stack.

Enrichment gave us the data. 
Voice gives field teams a way to actually use it.

Claude Code is probably one of the most powerful pieces of technology that has come out for businesses in a long time.

And yet, I'm barely seeing it come up in my feed from RevOps leaders or practitioners.

Most of what I see is from  GTM engineers, developers and product folks. Which makes sense.

But I think RevOps might actually have more to gain here than almost anyone.

Think about what we spend our time on:

🔹 CRM hygiene: deduplication, enrichment, field standardization, lifecycle rules 
🔹 Reporting: weekly pipeline reports, forecast roll-ups, executive summaries 
🔹 Forecasting: building models that reflect how your business actually works 
🔹 Integrations: connecting tools in your stack that don't natively talk to each other
🔹 Documentation: keeping playbooks and SOPs from going stale 
🔹 Process automation: rep onboarding, deal scoring, stage progression rules

Honestly, looking at this list, I wish I had this when I was in the trenches as an IC and RevOps leader. 

Most of it can be done faster and better with Claude Code.
