Since 2007 I have dedicated my career to creating a safe place for business executives to work on their businesses.

The eyes are windows to the soul because they are the most honest part of the face. For example, we can control our mouths, but we don’t control our eyes.
When you’re truly happy, your eyes become bigger and brighter involuntarily and give you away - but they look smaller when you’re sad and worried.
Same goes in the workplace.
When you show your clients they can trust you - it’s most likely because they meet your gaze and they can tell you are serious simply by making eye contact hence showing them you can help them become more successful with your expertise and of course honesty.
