I'm a Software Engineer currently developing the infrastructure for functioning CBDCs. My main goal in life(at the risk of sounding too dramatic) is to minimalize if not completely eradicate the usage of cash - with the help of centralized bodies. There are Billions of people who don't have access to basic financial systems simply because the banks consider them to be too risky to have them as their clients. There are Billions who don't have the same opportunity as you and I to grow their money because the current capital and banking investment platforms are so damn complex. My generation- with the help of Web3 has the opportunity to financially include these folks and give them the same chance to achieve a better quality of life as one would hope.
