My role involves overseeing the implementation of customer care and business improvement projects, driving innovation and transforming the organization into an innovation leader.

I lead the development of the Customer Experience and Insights network, which consists of 130 colleagues across 50+ affiliates. Our main goal was to enhance the daily customer experience, and we achieved this by crafting and implementing a strategic roadmap to boost customer centricity across the region, resulting in increased loyalty and business growth.

To ensure continuous improvement in our customer experience initiatives, we implemented a data-driven Customer Satisfaction Measurement in 50+ countries. Additionally, we created a regional PMO, which streamlines project prioritisation and overall impact.

Through these initiatives, we converted thousands of customer pain points into positive engagement opportunities, significantly elevating the region's CSAT, NPS, and overall CX.

During his study, he used the demand for content management systems and collaboration platforms for creating his own business together with two other students. During the existence of this company, he fulfilled the roles of consultant and delivery manager, ensuring that clients got state of the art platforms in which they could manage their content and collaborate on their content.

The municipality of The Hague, the NOC*NSF, and several sports clubs was amongst their clients, as well as multiple small and medium enterprises.

With The SUB we deliver the ultimate beer experience straight to your home! You can enjoy a growing selection of Heineken portfolio brands like: Affligem, Brand, Heineken, Sol, Tiger, Birra Moretti and others. Perfectly cooled to 2°, home draught beer from a stylish and compact machine.

The specific team I played a role in was there to deliver market penetration. With a yearly triple-digit growth ambition we managed to surpass the expectations set.

With a main focus on the bigger campaigns (Football in summer, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) my role was to align the performance marketing activities, budget, CPA's on a (if possible) day to day frequency. Fine tuning our creative output (both internally created and externally with various agencies) to the media we pushed by making sure our audiences were as effective as possible, but also the creatives left no room for doubt with massive A/B testing.

Next to the campaign management I also played a role in managing yearly planning, product and persona development, and brand positioning.

Leading the digital transformation in those years, we moved to making more data-driven decisions, A/B testing our efforts, pushing our engagement with consumers, and creating more brand-awareness and love across all steps of the customer journey.

TG Group imports quality wines from Italy. We aim to provide a rich tasting experience to consumers as well as to help restaurant owners provide the same experience to their customers. Within TG Group I focus on different market approaches, B2C (http://vinaio.nl) and B2B (http://tg-group.nl). From those two perspectives we use different brand names and propositions.
