The best content doesn’t push.

It prepares.

It helps future buyers name their problem
before they even realise they have one.

It earns attention before intent.
Familiarity before the DM.
Trust before timing.

The mistake is waiting until someone’s “ready to buy” to start showing up.
By then, someone else already earned the trust you should’ve been building.

The real strategy behind high-ticket content is not urgency.

It’s patience, consistency, and showing up early.

You’ll pay thousands for ads. 

But not €200 to make your people visible.

Days 3–5: Ship two variations of the same idea 
(bold vs subtle) and let the data choose.

Days 6–7: Keep the winner, retire the loser, and extract the story for your next angle.

One metric only: 

Replies (or qualified leads).

Two variants only: 

More than that and you’re guessing again.

Name every test clearly so the team can repeat what works across profiles.

Ask yourself:

What’s one capability your current clients don’t know about that you should be posting this week?

We love shortcuts.
But shortcuts kill strategy.

Don’t confuse the part with the whole.

Or the whole with the part.

Nuance is where the smart decisions get made.

Your positioning matters more than your offer.

Sell from the wrong place, and you’re a commodity.
Sell from the right place, and you’re a premium.

Stop obsessing over “what you sell.”

Start focusing on where and how you sell it.

That’s the real multiplier.

Trust is built before the shortlist. 

Not on it.

No one wakes up ready to sign a $50K contract.

They wake up with symptoms.

Win them early.

Name the problem in their words.
Show the cost of doing nothing.

Offer one small fix they can try without you.

Prove it with a named example.

Repeat until your solution feels inevitable.

Do that.

And “decision stage” isn’t a chase.

It’s a graduation.

One-week test: 

Publish one problem-aware post → one proof → one “try this” tip.

Track profile views, saves, and qualified replies.

If they rise → Keep the cadence. 

If not. 

Tighten the problem language and the example.

A lot of smart CEOs think:

"Everyone already knows me in this industry."

And maybe that’s true.

But being known
isn’t the same as being remembered.

Or respected.
Or relevant.

Familiarity doesn’t close deals.
Trust, clarity, and repetition do.

That’s what consistent content builds
Not vanity. Not reach.

Strategic visibility.

In a small industry, it’s not about making noise.

It’s about being the first name they think of when it matters.

Everyone wants LinkedIn to work yesterday.

But you can’t rush trust.

For most businesses, it takes months before content turns into clients.

Sure, you’ll occasionally land someone fast. But most of your ideal buyers?

They’ll watch you quietly.

• They’ll see your posts explain something they care about.
• You’ll end up on their shortlist without even knowing it.
• They’ll remember your examples because they relate.

And when their timing and budget line up
you’re the first call they make.

That’s the game.

Not : 

“How do I close this week?”. 

But : 

“How do I get on the shortlist for when they’re ready?”.

Getting you inbound leads through Content Design

I ran an agency for 6 years and invisibility nearly killed it (twice).  

We 100% relied on word-of-mouth marketing:

- Leads from friends and family (not even kidding)
- Leads from former and current clients
- Leads through competitors

We took on what we could get.

Sometimes we skyrocketed. Often we struggled.

The feast and famine cycle was real.

And it was painfully frustrating.

As a business owner, I didn't have:

- Time and focus on growth
- Time to take care of my team
- Time to generate leads myself

I was consistently hustling and putting out fires.

When I pivoted in 2022, I chose a different strategy:

→ Creating content to build a reputation and presence
→ Creating content to show the world my offering
→ Creating content to generate leads every week

At least, that was the plan.

It took me months to do it:

I started with text posts. Then I added visuals. Then I added carousels. Then I 'designed' my content. Every upgrade increased my growth and revenue.

This led me to craft a new solution:

My posts started going viral when I added this: 

Infographics. 

But people avoid them because (they think) it’s hard.
 
Here’s a dead simple structure I use: 

1. Start with the hook 
– "How to" or "How I" works well 
– Or call out your ICP with a quote
 
2. Pick one clear topic 
– One problem, one angle, one outcome
 
3. Break the idea into steps 
– 3-10 actions that solve the problem 
– Steps should feel like a natural sequence
 
4. Add structure 
– Give each step its own section 
– Create hierarchy so the reader knows where to look
 
5. Add navigation 
– Use numbers or arrows 
– Guide the reader through the flow
 
6. Add context 
– 1–3 short lines that explain each step 
– Use the language your ideal audience uses
 
7. Improve readability 
– Simple words, short sentences 
– Contrast and spacing
 
8. Fill the remaining space with value 
– Add small tips, examples, or clarifications 
– Be creative: there’s no such thing as perfect

- Avoid anything personal
