Director of Digital Marketing & Sales

Lead and manage a team of direct reports responsible for all digital marketing efforts at Williamsburg, including ads, websites, email marketing, social media, and HubSpot automation. In this role, I helped drive substantial company revenue growth for the 2023-24 school year and led the successful revamp and relaunch of our four school websites on a tight timeline.

Implemented significant upgrades to key marketing and parent communications systems (such as SMS) and supported the hiring, onboarding, and training process for critical new hires within the marketing department. Also continued serving as Williamsburg's lead copywriter and marketing project manager.

Helped achieve company revenue goals by planning and executing high-quality, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Continuously refined and improved campaign performance by gathering, analyzing, and actioning key data points. Also served as project manager for the overall marketing team.

Digital Marketing Manager

Coordinated the flow of internal and external communications for all staff, parents, students and third-party partners. Wrote and/or oversaw the development of all written content for company websites and worked closely with executives to iterate and refine the overall customer experience.

I co-led a small team responsible for inventory control, store-wide operations, and visual merchandising. Part of this involved root cause analysis on KPIs that had been off track for a while, and through consistent feedback and process reviews I helped the team get back to exceeding them.

Before and after, I was called in to lead various other training programs and hiring events and recognized as one of the top trainers in my market.
