We analysed 1,000s of AI answers to find out how LinkedIn content can improve your AI visibility.

Semrush found that LinkedIn is the 2nd most cited website in AI answers (behind Reddit).

But their only other insight?

"LinkedIn: A steady rise across all AI platforms"

So we went much deeper with Mentions and analysed 4.8M AI answers and 13.4M citations.

Here are 7 key insights we found:

1. Almost half (42.5%) of all AI prompts we’re tracking cite LinkedIn at least once. Huge reach for a single platform.

2. AI citations of LinkedIn grew by 72% in just 6 months. AI tools are finding and using LinkedIn content more every month.

3. 85% of LinkedIn citations come from Google’s AI products (AI Mode and Overviews). Using LinkedIn for AI visibility is mostly playing a Google game.

4. LinkedIn Pulse articles get 8x more citations than regular LinkedIn posts. Long articles work way better than short posts for AI visibility.

5. LinkedIn Pulse articles are doing two things at once: They help content rank on Google and then get picked up by AI answers.

6. Company pages get cited more often than any other LinkedIn page type. If your company page ranks well, it is cited more consistently by AI.

7. AI loves LinkedIn most when people ask about people, companies, experience, and practical advice.

Here are the types of prompts where AI is most likely to pull from LinkedIn (from highest to lowest):

- Hiring and HR questions (69.17%)
- Real examples and case studies (65.12%)
- “Who is this person or company?” (58.89%)

I called my shot last year, then spent 183 days making it happen:

Launched 2 businesses in 4 cities and hit $75k MRR.

But here’s what calling my shot has made painfully clear:

1. Define the shot before you take it

I asked myself: What would the best 6 months of my life look like?

I wrote down the answer. Then showed it to my co-founder, Jake:

"We’ll spend 6 months moving from city to city, meeting interesting people. Launch two businesses and grow them fast. Build in public, and get invited on all the podcasts we've been fans of for years."

And it all came true.

You can't call your shot if you don't have total clarity on what it is. Write it down. Make it specific. Then do it.

2. Go to where the interesting people are

Whatever shot you're calling, you will need people.

I spent 6 months moving from city to city, connecting with unique and talented people.

The people I met ended up becoming my co-founders, clients, and team members.

Moving cities is your competitive advantage because so few people are willing to do it.

3. Be the first to drink the Kool-Aid

People want to join a mission and get excited about something. So don't be afraid to sell it.

You may never arrive at the original destination, but here's a secret: nobody cares.

Most people just want an excuse to go on an epic adventure.

Dream big, define your vision, then build a team around it.

4. The biggest mistake is moving so slow you don’t make any

Our first CTO quit. And we didn't let it slow us down.

In less than 24 hours we:

Met with a new candidate
Made a handshake deal for equity and comp
Flew him across the world to sleep on our couch

If you make mistakes, good. That means you're moving fast enough.

You can't steer a stationary ship.

5. Be loud and unapologetic

I’ve documented everything we built on platforms like LinkedIn and X.

People told me not to share our numbers and growth strategies publicly. But I did it anyway.

What’s the best business advice you've ever received?

Five years ago, I was $25K in debt.

Today, I'm a millionaire.

If I were making my first million again, here are the 7 lessons I'd tell my younger self:

1. Own everything in your life

I used to blame the economy, my situation, even my boss for where I was. 

That blame kept me stuck for years. 

The truth? You only control what you own. 

Stop outsourcing responsibility for your results.

2. Discipline creates freedom

I only worked when "inspired." 

No systems, no consistency—and that's exactly why I didn’t see results. 

Easy choices now create a hard life later. 

Hard choices now? They build the freedom you're chasing.

3. People are how you scale

I tried doing everything myself because "only I could do it right." 

That mindset kept me trapped.

When you try to be everything, you become nothing. 

Building a real business means building a team.

4. Stress is poison

I wore my stress like a badge of honor. 

Being busy made me feel important and productive. 

But here's what I've learned: a healthy person has a million dreams, but a sick one only has one – to get better.

5. Presence is the secret

I lived completely in the future, convinced the next goal would finally make me happy. 

It never did. 

This moment right now? 

This is your life. Not the one you're waiting for.

6. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast

I rushed every decision thinking speed = progress. 

It didn't. 

It just created more problems to fix later. 

Full speed in the wrong direction is infinitely worse than standing still to recalibrate.

7. Give generously, receive abundantly

I held onto everything – my knowledge, my resources, my time – out of fear. 

But that scarcity mindset pushed away exactly what I wanted most. 

The more you give, the more it flows back to you.

The hard truth?

Nobody's bringing you the life you want.

You have to build it yourself.

The worst thing you can hear on a sales call isn't "no."

It's "I need to think about it."

Because "no" is honest. "I need to think about it" means you didn't create enough clarity.

Here's what that objection actually means—and how I handle every major sales objection:

"I need to think about it."

What they're really saying: "I don't see the value clearly enough yet."

My response: "What specifically do you need to think through? Let's talk it through together now."

This reveals the real objection hiding underneath.

"I can't afford it right now."

What they're really saying: "This isn't a priority for me yet."

My response: "What's it costing you to stay where you are? Let's look at the cost of inaction vs. the investment."

Show them the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

"I need to talk to my spouse/partner."

What they're really saying: "I'm not confident enough to make this decision alone."

My response: "What concerns do you think they'll have? Let's address those now so you can present it confidently."

Help them sell internally.

"Can I start next month?"

What they're really saying: "I'm avoiding commitment" or "I want a discount."

My response: "What changes next month that doesn't exist today? The problem you're facing will still be there—let's solve it now."

Create urgency through clarity, not pressure.

"Do you have payment plans?"

What they're really saying: "I want this but I'm worried about cash flow."

My response: "I do offer payment plans. Let's talk about what makes the most sense for your situation."

Then discuss. Don't volunteer this before they ask.

"I'm already working with someone else."

What they're really saying: "Why should I switch to you?"

My response: "That's great—what's working well? What gaps are you still trying to fill?"

Position yourself as the solution to what's missing.

"I've tried this before and it didn't work."

What they're really saying: "I'm scared of failing again."

My response: "What do you think went wrong? Let me show you how our approach is different."

Acknowledge their fear. Show the new path.

Objections aren't rejection. They're requests for clarity.

When you handle them with curiosity instead of defense, you close more sales.

My workday ends at 9 AM.

Most entrepreneurs are just rolling out of bed when I'm already done with my deep work.

Here's exactly how I restructured my entire business to work 4 hours a day while scaling to 7 figures:

1. Front-load your brain-intensive work

I tackle my hardest project first—5-7 AM, zero distractions.

This morning? Building a new SOP for our freebie launch process.

The work that moves the needle gets done when my brain is sharpest, not squeezed between meetings at 3 PM.

2. Kill your phone access

My phone is blocked from 8 PM to 7 AM. Every single day.

No apps. No Instagram. No ring camera access.

If I need something, I have to jump through hoops to get it.

This one change gave me back 90 minutes of deep focus daily.

3. Separate "have to" from "want to"

Everything after 9 AM is optional.

My team meetings? I choose to do them.

My sales calls? I schedule them intentionally.

This isn't hustle culture —it's strategic capacity building.

4. Time-block your entire week on Sunday

I spend 90 minutes every Sunday planning Monday-Friday.

No guessing what I'm working on when I wake up.

Every hour is allocated. Every priority is clear.

Decision fatigue kills momentum.

5. Build infrastructure, not just revenue

We're comfortable at $100K/month.

But I'm not optimizing for comfort—I'm building systems to scale to $1M/month.

That means new funnels, product development, and tracking what actually converts viewers to paying clients.

6. Always be recruiting

I fired someone today and had a replacement interview lined up by lunch.

Why? I maintain a talent pipeline even when I'm not hiring.

Delays in growth come from scrambling to fill roles, not from strategy.

7. Protect your energy like revenue

One workout daily. Organic coffee. Meal prep on Sundays.

I can't scale a business if I'm running on empty.

Your body is literally the vehicle for your business—treat it like it matters.

The truth? These days feel harder than when I was trying to quit my corporate job.

But I'm building infrastructure today so I can work 5-10 hours per week in 3 years.

Questions every part of your process. Needs testimonials, case studies, and guarantees before they'll move forward.

They need convincing because they don't trust themselves to do the work.

The Tire Kicker (They don't buy)

Books calls. Asks intelligent questions. Never commits.

They're not buying. They're researching. They want free consulting disguised as a sales conversation.

The Ready Buyer ($3K-$5K)

Shows up prepared. Asks strategic questions about implementation. Commits fast.

They've already decided they need help. They're just choosing the right person.

The Premium Client ($10K+)

Doesn't flinch at price. Trusts your process. Values speed over cost.

They're buying certainty, not information. They want it done with them, not a DIY course they won't finish.

Here's what I learned:

Shoppers buy products. Skeptics buy proof. Ready Buyers buy transformation. 

Premium Clients buy speed and certainty.

Price doesn't just filter quality. It defines expectations.

I spent years exhausting myself on Shoppers and Skeptics because I thought lower prices made me "accessible."

It didn't. It just attracted clients who didn't value the work.

When I started pricing for Ready Buyers and Premium Clients, everything changed.

Same work. Different clients. Completely different business.

The clients who pay 10x more aren't looking for cheaper. They're looking for better.

I made $25K in a month and felt nothing.

Not excitement. Not pride. Just dread.

Because every dollar on that screen still depended on me. 

Here's what I realized:

I was making good money but I was burnt out. Every client needed me. Every sale required me. Every problem came straight to me.

I didn't have a business. I had a highly paid job I'd created for myself.

The problem: I was trading time for money and calling it a coaching business.

Real education companies don't work that way. They build systems. They create playbooks. They get repeatable results at scale.

Think about universities. There's a curriculum that runs every year. Professors don't just wing it. There's a system.

I stopped building a coaching business and started building an education company with a coaching arm.

Coaching became one tool inside a bigger ecosystem – not the whole business.

I followed one process: Demonstrate → Document → Delegate.

Demonstrate: Do the work yourself first. Figure out what actually works.

Document: Turn what works into systems, playbooks, frameworks.

Delegate: Hire team members who can execute the system without you.

Once I did this, I went from maxed out at $25K/month to building a business that could scale without me being the bottleneck.

Here's what premium pricing actually does to your business:

Your price is a filter, not a barrier

Budget pricing attracts budget clients. Premium pricing attracts premium clients.

It's not about worth. It's about who you're signaling to.

When you charge low, you're saying: "I'm not sure I'm worth more. I need volume to survive."

High-value clients hear that and walk.

When you charge premium, you're saying: "I'm confident in my expertise. I work with serious buyers only."

Quality clients don't shop on price

Keep charging what feels safe and attract clients who nickel-and-dime you.

Or charge what your transformation is worth and attract clients who value results over discounts.

The $297-$497 course market is dying.

Last week, a Creator-entrepreneur told me she's making $500/month from three different $97 courses.

She posts every day. Films Reels. Answers DMs. She's doing everything right... except one thing.

Or go high-ticket and sell to premium buyers (who have the money, commitment, and urgency to solve their problem).

The middle? That's the worst place to be.

When you go high-ticket, everything changes.

You're not just making more money per sale. You're working with people who are committed. You're building a business that doesn't drain you.

And you stop attracting clients who suck the life out of everything you do.

Discipline is an addictive drug.

(And nobody warns you about the withdrawal.)

For years I ran on systems, routines, and output. 

Calendar blocked. Meals prepped. Deep work scheduled.

Then I took a week off.

My chest tightened the second I realized it. 

Not because the business needed me. 

Because I didn't know who I was without it.

That's when I understood the difference between discipline and addiction.

Here are the 3 lessons that week exposed:

Discipline vs. control

Discipline is choosing what serves you. Control is being unable to stop even when it doesn't.

If the thought of taking a full day off makes your chest tight, you're not disciplined. You're controlled.

Surrender creates space for what's next

The best ideas I've ever had didn't come from working more hours. They came from the space I'd been too afraid to create.

When you're constantly in motion, you don't have space to receive anything new. You're just reacting.

Once a quarter, I take a full week where I don't create anything new. I'm not falling behind. I'm letting my next level catch up to me.

Feminine energy exposes what masculine has been hiding

When I leaned into my feminine energy last week (resting, receiving, just being), I felt like I was committing career death.

High performers are terrified of feminine energy because it requires us to trust something other than our own effort.

It requires you to believe you're valuable even when you're not "on."

Every piece of organic content does two things at once:

It lowers your cost to acquire a customer

It builds the trust that makes them say yes faster

Ads buy attention. Organic earns it.

The truth about scaling:

Ad-reliant brands need constant cash flow to maintain revenue.

Organic brands can pause content and still generate revenue from existing authority.

One is fragile. One is resilient.

If you're building with ads, you're building a revenue machine with thin margins.

If you're building organically, you're building a profit machine with compounding returns.

Same top line. Completely different bottom line.

Revenue impresses people. Profit builds wealth. Organic content builds both.

Here's the framework:

Day 1: Position yourself as the expert

Stop creating content like everyone else.

Start positioning yourself as the clear choice in your niche.

Trust starts when you own your authority.

Day 2: Solve one problem deeply

Stop trying to help everyone with everything.

Pick one problem your audience will pay to solve.

The more specific you are, the faster trust builds.

Day 3: Create authority content

Stop posting for engagement. Start posting for conversion.

Authority content teaches your method, demonstrates depth, and invites people closer.

This is the content that builds believers.

Day 4: Package your expertise

Your knowledge alone isn't an offer.

Package it with a clear outcome, transformation, and timeline.

Trust grows when people see exactly what they're buying.

Day 5: Build your trust bridge

Give value so good that people think: "If this is free, what's the paid version?"

This is how you move strangers from skeptics to believers without a sales pitch.

Day 6: Create conversion content

Not all content is created equal.

Some builds awareness. Some builds trust. Some invites action.

Conversion content does all three: educate, transform, invite.

Day 7: Invite them to the next step

Trust without an invitation is wasted.

Every post should have a clear next step: comment, DM, link, call.

Guide them toward working with you.

Strangers don't buy from experts. They buy from experts they trust.

Trust isn't built through virality. It's built through value, clarity, and consistency.
