No clear leadership page
ZoomInfo giving you 3 different Johns

Here’s a simple trick that works for me

Step 1
Google: [Business Name] manager or [Business Name] director

You’ll usually find 2–3 possible names across LinkedIn, Google listings, or data tools

Step 2
Pick your best guess

Step 3
Call the business directly

And say:

“Hi, I’m looking for John. Is he still the manager?”

Now watch what happens

If they say yes → boom. You just confirmed your KDM

If they say no → don’t panic

Just say:
“Oh my bad, who’s the manager now?”

And they literally tell you 

I swear half of outbound success is just… not being scared to ask obvious questions
