My role as Assistant Director of Studies tasked me with:

- Representing the school overseas by conducting lectures and teacher training workshops for English language teachers in a number of Russian cities, including Rostov-On-Don and Krasnodar.
- Enhancing the school's international reputation. In 2018 at the request of the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan, I delivered an online series of live webinars to over 2000 Kazakhstani English teachers aimed at improving the quality of English teaching in that country.
- Enhancing the school's online presence. During my time at Erin, I created and uploaded a number of videos, aimed at both teachers and students of English, which amassed over 25,000 views across digital platforms.
- Conducting teacher training workshops for staff.
- Being proactive, offering support to staff before it was requested.
- Guiding newly qualified personnel preparing lessons.
