Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders-Creation Centre, Vendor, Trims &Accessories Supplier and various other parties   to drives the development, Sourcing, production and shipment of products.

Closely monitoring of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan vendors & Work collaboratively with other LO functions - materials, Production, costing and technical services teams etc to ensure an on time buy ready/commercialization performance.

Manage the feasibility, completeness and clarity of AD’s by liaising closely with creation center. Review the AD’s with T1 in the context of intended use of product, cost expectations, materials specs, manufacturability, etc. Feedback T1 input to creation Centre as appropriate.

Closely work with adidas & Reebok knit & woven development & sourcing team regarding vendor capacity reservation & order management system.

Lead the development & Production team in ISC region to ensuring workable prototypes are created which address desired function, cosmetics, cost, market appeal and manufacturability, including checking for quality, size, fit and adherence to standards providing options and recommendations to make improvements in the sample process.

Ensure timely resolution of production issues working collaboratively with materials, production, costing and technical services teams etc. in order to reach quality and deliver objectives.

Managed team and actively coach and develop them to ensure performance excellence and developmental growth.

Senior Manager Global Sourcing - LO ISC

Take Preparation For Buying Trip: Handover PDM's to supplier & collect the Development samples & collect Open cost sheet.

Establish T&A & line plan once received from supplier as per the lead time settled time frame.

Update Business Plan Chart weekly.

Maintain record of orders & other relevant documents/ sample developments query.

Update order management system based on day to day follow up with vendors.

Follow up with Fabric, Trims & Accessories suppliers also the department to ensure on time bookings & delivery to garment supplier.

Factory visit whenever required.

Senior Merchandiser

Daily operational activities in fabric development, sample developments, costing packages preparation & production tracking.

Support senior in communication of production requirements of parties concerned & assist in managing production process properly.

Prepare required report, documentation, filling work & data entry to the system.

Prepare order file for PPM & Inspections.

Update order details to the system.
Factory visit whenever required.
