I am also an advisor, a speaker, an educator, and an author. •	Responsible for driving Kaizen events and implementing LEAN principles at site level.
•	Implemented Kaizens which have improved productivity by over 30%.
•	Led Kaizen events which contribute to improving safety conditions in the facility.
•	Trained employees on LEAN manufacturing concepts and created a pool of talented employees, who in turn contribute with ideas for improvements.
•	Identified and created standard work instructions for running different products to ensure a standard work set-up was created.

Kaizen Manager

Foxconn

	Worked on cost of quality projects with regard to reduction of scrap and improving processes to prevent damages to components.
	Mentored and trained an intern during Summer 2012.
	Reduced failures of the Z1 Workstation by about 40% by implementing quality alerts and identifying critical elements for audits.
	Reduced production of defective product by at least 15% by implementing improvements in the assembly process. 
	Primary responsibilities include conducting OBA (Out of Box Audits) and executing CA (Customer Audit) processes. 
	Worked on optimizing and creating a more efficient audit process which focusses on maximum utilization of resources to achieve more Units Per Head Count (UPHC).
	Responsible for investigating failures and performing a failure analysis.
	Using E-Fox Shop Floor Control for preparing and maintaining reports with regard to operations of the Quality Assurance team.
	Responsible for training employees and also conducting internal audits.
	Working closely with supplier quality team to verify and validate material, including hard drives, optical drives, chassis and corrugated packaging material, supplied to the organization.
	Responsible for working with the Materials Review Board to identify root cause for each defect found and providing a viable solution to prevent recurrence of such defects.
