For over two decades, I have been helping organizations leverage subscription pricing, digital communities, and freemium models to build deeper relationships with their customers and generate predictable recurring revenue. I am the founder of Peninsula Strategies, a consulting firm that has worked with some of the most well-regarded brands in the world, such as Netflix, Microsoft, and the Wall Street Journal, as well as with visionary start-up entrepreneurs and mission-driven nonprofits and associations.

I am also an advisor, a speaker, an educator, and an author. I serve on the advisory board of Strava, a social network for athletes, and I share my insights and expertise on subscription and membership models through keynote speeches, podcasts, and LinkedIn Learning courses. I have written two books, The Membership Economy and The Forever Transaction, that anticipated and defined the massive transformation from ownership to membership and the rise of subscription pricing. Er du soloselvstændig eller en mindre virksomhed, hober bunkerne sig op, og er to-do listen uoverskuelig, så kan du bruge mine skarpe kompetencer, skræddersyet til dit og din virksomheds behov.

Pt er jeg tilknyttet et par mindre virksomheder, hvor jeg på timebasis hjælper med forskelligt udviklingsarbejde, struktur og nedbringelse af støvede bunker.

OG der er i øjeblikket plads til 1 eller 2 mere, som gerne vil have ryddet skrivebordet, skabt struktur, igangsat/vedligeholdt vigtige processer, afsluttet noget af alt det der er opstartet, men ikke tid til at få fulgt op på osv.

Mangler du en til at overtage nogle af de opgaver, der typisk ender i "næste uge" bunken, så tag fat i mig og lad os tale om, hvordan jeg kan hjælpe dig.

I øjeblikket styrker jeg desuden mine erhvervskompetencer ved at studere til business mentor på sidelinjen, men der kan sagtens arrangeres faste dage/tidspunkter, hvis det er vigtigt for dig. 
Disse kompetencer er endnu en styrke ind i mit karriereliv, og min udvidede viden inden for mentoring, vaner, coaching, personlig udvikling og mentalt helbred tilføjer en ny og værdifuld dimention til vores samarbejde.
