As Founder of Digital Lean Systems, I’m on a mission to reshape how operations run—combining over 20 years of Lean Manufacturing experience with the transformative power of digital technologies.

From automotive to electronics, I’ve helped global organizations elevate performance through hands-on Kaizen leadership, turnaround strategies, and technology-driven process innovation. With deep roots in continuous improvement, I now focus on helping companies go further—by replacing outdated, manual systems with smart, scalable digital solutions.

I’ve supported hundreds of  manufacturing sites across Brazil, USA, Mexico, and EMEA, and led thousands of Kaizen workshops, unlocking frontline potential and operational excellence.

My background includes a Mechanical Engineering degree from UNICAMP, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications—but my passion is building systems that empower people, foster accountability, and drive results.
