At Optimized Marketing, I began life as a CRO expert and Client Advocate before quickly becoming the person responsible for:

- Driving expansion into new verticals 
- Designing lead gen frameworks that turn traffic into customers 
- Launching scalable CRM infrastructure (both in-house and for clients)
- Representing the agency publicly at major national conferences and vendor events
- Building internal systems that improve follow-up, client success, and brand stickiness
- Identifying 'gaps' and areas for growth - then creating the systems to make growth a reality

Before that, I built my career in high-stakes construction dispute resolution — being part of teams resolving complex, high-pressure claims where strategic thinking and sharp communication were essential. That background trained me to listen deeply, move fast, and keep people aligned when the stakes are high.

I’ve also launched and sold a restaurant brand from scratch in Hong Kong - the world's most competitive F&B market - with no outside funding or safety net. 

That business taught me the hard-earned lessons that only a business owner can understand as I brought to life something that was previously missing from the local market. 

It was lessons learned from growth that pulled me into marketing—and grounded my approach in commercial reality.

One of the most beautiful things of nature. 

Most people picture breast milk as something simple.

But this is what it looks like inside.

This is a glimpse of the inside of a breast while it is making milk.

Thousands of tiny milk making sacs, each one filling, flowing, responding in real time to a baby’s needs.

Every drop is alive.

Breast milk is not just nutrition.
It is a living, adaptive system.

It changes by the hour.
By the day.
By the age of the baby.

It adjusts for illness.
For growth spurts.
For comfort.
For survival.

Your body reads your baby’s saliva and responds with antibodies.

It knows when your baby is premature.
It knows when your baby is sick.
It knows when your baby just needs closeness.

No lab can recreate this.
No formula can copy this intelligence.
No machine can replace this connection.

This is biology at its most powerful.

For the last 26 years, Jodhpur’s Dr. Nagendra Sharma has been treating epilepsy patients completely free of cost.

Not for recognition, but to fulfill a promise he made to his mother in her final moments.

A highly respected neurosurgeon, Dr. Sharma chose a path that very few take: ensuring that no one suffers because of poverty, myths, or lack of medical awareness.

Growing up in severe poverty near Ratangarh–Churu, he saw his mother struggle for five long years with an illness no one could diagnose. 

Just before passing away, she told him:
“Be a doctor who feels the pain of the poor and never uses medicine as a business.”

Becoming a doctor felt almost impossible, his family didn’t even have enough for daily needs. 

Yet, he fought every obstacle, completing his MCh in Neurosurgery from Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai, in 1987. 

By 1989, he had set up Western Rajasthan’s first Neurosurgery Department.

In 1999, he was deeply disturbed by how epilepsy patients were treated—people were made to smell shoes, beaten with slippers, or sent to fake exorcists instead of receiving medical help. 

Costly treatment and lack of education meant many never got proper care.

Determined to change this, Dr. Sharma started free epilepsy camps on 28 February 1999, arranging medicines from pharma companies so every patient could receive treatment without worrying about money.

Since then, over 80,000 individuals have been treated. Thousands of women have safely become mothers, and countless children with epilepsy now go to school without discrimination.

Decades have passed, but his mission hasn’t slowed down. 

His free epilepsy camps continue to bring relief, dignity, and hope to those who have nowhere else to turn.

This father rushed to the hospital to donate his kidney and save his daughter’s life.

During the medical tests, doctors discovered something shocking.

Raju, a man from Madhya Pradesh, had been living his entire life without knowing that his heart was on the right side of his chest.

He had lived a normal life and never had any serious health problems.

But when his daughter’s life was in danger, he didn’t hesitate for a moment. 

He immediately decided to donate his kidney to her.

During the examination, doctors confirmed that he had a rare condition called dextrocardia, where the heart is located on the right side of the body.

For the doctors, the surgery became more complicated because of this rare condition.

But a father’s love is powerful.

Despite the challenges, the doctors successfully completed the surgery, and his daughter was given a second chance at life.

Sometimes life reminds us of a simple truth:

A parent’s love is the most selfless and unconditional love in the world. 

Even when they are going through pain themselves, they will do anything to protect their children.

Yes, you read it right........

Because we’re used to a different kind of politics.

Why do we need to raise meaningful questions?

Look at the issues being raised inside Parliament.

In the last few years, Raghav Chadha has raised issues like:

• Why Indians are forced to recharge 13 times a year due to 28-day telecom plans
 • Why incoming calls stop when your recharge expires
 • Why food adulteration is silently affecting millions
 • Why health insurance claims get delayed or rejected
 • Why gig workers—who power our convenience—still lack basic social security
 • Why airport food prices are beyond reach for common people
 • Why the middle class continues to carry a disproportionate tax burden
 • Why we don’t have a Right to Recall non-performing leaders
 • Why menstrual health still struggles to enter serious policy discussions

These are not headlines.
These are everyday problems of ordinary Indians.

According to reports:

↳India has 7+ million gig workers, most without proper protection
↳Over 30% food samples fail safety standards in some states
↳Health insurance disputes affect lakhs of families every year

And yet… how often do we hear these in mainstream political debates?

This is not about supporting a party.

This is about asking a simple question:
When was the last time we saw leaders consistently raising real, uncomfortable, everyday issues?

Maybe we don’t need such politicians.

Maybe…

We need more of them.

Every journey has a first step.

For The White Coat Podcast, this was the moment.

This frame is from my first-ever episode with Dr. Ronak Vyas.

When I sat down for this conversation, I honestly didn’t know how the conversation would unfold.

But what I discovered in that discussion stayed with me.

That’s why the new ₹600 crore antibiotic manufacturing facility in Kathua, inaugurated by Dr Jitendra Singh Ji is more significant than it may appear.

The plant will manufacture Amino Cephalosporanic Acid (7-ACA) — a critical building block for cephalosporin antibiotics used across the world.

This is not just another pharma investment.

It is about supply chain sovereignty in healthcare.

When a country controls the molecules that make medicines, it controls the resilience of its healthcare system.

And sometimes, the future of healthcare doesn’t start in hospitals.

It starts in factories quietly producing life-saving molecules.

Yet today, many Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) are protesting outside the National Medical Commission.

These are doctors who:

• Studied medicine for 5–6 years abroad
• Cleared the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination
• Returned to India ready to serve.

But instead of entering hospitals,
they are stuck in policy confusion and internship uncertainty.

When young doctors have to protest just to start their careers,
something in the system clearly needs attention.

India doesn’t have a shortage of talent.

Sometimes, we just have a shortage of clarity.
