I’m Head of Growth at Assurix, where I own go-to-market strategy and pipeline growth for a vertical B2B SaaS platform serving MSPs.

My focus is building predictable growth engines, turning marketing from a set of activities into a system that leadership can forecast, trust, and invest behind.

I specialise in:

- Go-to-market strategy and positioning in complex B2B markets
- Full-funnel design, from first touch through to pipeline and revenue
- Growth analytics, forecasting, and board-level reporting

Aligning marketing, sales, and product around shared commercial outcomes

Previously, I’ve led growth and performance across global agencies and in-house SaaS teams, managed £1m+ in annual ad spend, and rebuilt inbound funnels to materially increase pipeline contribution and conversion quality.

I’m most effective in businesses that care about evidence over vanity metrics, value long-term commercial thinking, and want growth to be something the whole leadership team can rely on - not just a marketing function.

Hi, I'm Matt. I'm a Fitness Coach and the Founder of The John 5 Movement.

Growing up in Alabama and Pennsylvania, I was raised in the church and went to private Christian schools. But I was the typical kid who lived a life of knowing the Bible and Jesus but never had a true heart for following Him. 

This led me to living recklessly and without purpose for the first two decades of my life, including being addicted to weed, video games, promiscuity, and pornography.

In 2020, my poor decisions had me hit rock bottom following a breakup and drug-induced psychosis that nearly killed me. 

After spending a month in rehab and battling depression and weight gain for two years, I discovered the story of John 5 in the Bible, through my dad and psychiatrist, which sparked the beginning of my transformation.

Since then, I've lost 35 pounds, quit all antipsychotic medications, embraced sobriety, found a healthy relationship with my girlfriend, Mallory, and have a heart for following Jesus. 

Because of my own story, I am now dedicated to building The John 5 Movement teaching the John 5 principles to help other men build strong foundations on faith and fitness.
