I'm different from your typical career coach because I don't come from the HR pool. 

The traditional HR-minded approach focuses on HOW to land a job (e.g. optimize resume and pitch and interviewing skills). But this approach is useless if you are trying to figure out WHAT job to land. 

I spent 20 years launching new products and brands, Along the way, I reinvented my own career 9 times.

I know how it feels to be stuck in a long mid-career limbo, sifting through hundreds of jobs online in search of an answer and feeling like nothing fits. I've experienced the same anxiety, frustration, and self-doubt you may be experiencing right now.

I know how to get out of that ditch.

My proven marketing background:

• I honed my marketing acumen at PR and ad agencies before sharpening my content development skills on Northwestern University’s med school comms team.

• From there, I spent nearly a decade at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, supporting loyalty program communications and innovation before progressing to the global brands team to steward integrated B2C and B2B marketing across a variety of hotel portfolios – from the company’s signature meetings and business brand to luxury and lifestyle and select service.

• Amid the pandemic, I dove headfirst into CPG and a niche marketing role supporting omni-channel retail marketing efforts for Mondelēz International's iconic cookie and cracker brands (OREO, Ritz) across several grocery brands.

• In a pivot that blended previous experiences in healthcare and hospitality, I joined Enlivant Senior Living to manage brand and field marketing strategy and lead gen efforts for 200+ communities.

• I've earned master’s and bachelor's degrees in communication from Northwestern and Marquette, respectively. As an undergraduate, I was fortunate to study abroad in Galway, Ireland.
