- I gained experience of Website and graphic design learning numerous computer skills and techniques
- Throughout the week I was given a task to create a branding package for a company. I created a business card, letterhead and a brochure, keeping to their branding logo and overall image using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Most of my time is spent helping companies optimize their business processes, whether in sales, customer service or marketing. 

I'm a journalist by profession and I've also studied criminology. I'm curious, enthusiastic and have a deep love of people. That's what allows me to put myself in the shoes of both the users of the tools we implement and their customers. 

A process is great fun, but it still has to be adopted by the team that wants to use it. 

👉 So, if you're looking to talk to me, I'm usually training a team to use HubSpot software, coaching entrepreneurs on process automation, or coaching my colleagues to thrive within the firm.

I founded Guépard (means cheetah in french) in 2016. It was originally an editorial content creation company. Since then, we've fallen in love with inbound marketing and HubSpot. I now have an amazing team who share my thirst for helping companies work more effectively in a work climate where laughter is essential.

🐆 A cheetah runs fast, but not 100% of the time. It runs fast at the right time. We implement HubSpot to help our customers work more efficiently.

I'm also the founder of the Marathon d'écriture de Québec and, in my spare time, I'm an arts and museum columnist 🎭 on radio.
