I had 944 unreplied messages. 1,369 dead groups. 840 relationships gone cold.

So I built a Telegram app to fix it.

It works perfectly. I use it daily.

But Telegram app store rejected it twice. 

Not only do users feared sharing their phone number. Even Telegram doesn't trust third-party login flows with it. But you need it for the app to work.

The gap exists because the moat is psychological, not technical.

I used to think my BOREDOM  was a bug. I finally realized it’s my superpower. 

Throughout my career, across real estate, building, and process engineering, I noticed a pattern: 

I’d join an industry, master the skill set, hit cruise control, and then… I’d get bored.

I’d hit a ceiling where the work stopped itching the scratch.

I thought I was just restless. 

Then I found AI and Blockchain.

For the last 5 years in Blockchain and 3 years in AI, I haven't been able to keep up. 

And that is exactly why I love it.

I’m constantly exposed to founders building the "impossible" across gaming, privacy, cloud infrastructure, and agentic economies. Every conversation is a masterclass. 

Every day is a Day 1.

People talk about AI being everywhere, but the data tells a different story:

- 84% of the world hasn't even touched AI yet.

- Of the 16% who have, 95% are just using it as a basic chatbot.

- Only 5% are using it to do actual, productive work.

I’m in that 5%. I’ve moved past the chat and into the code, running complex AI agents directly in VS Code.

This is my calling: Taking that Super-Learner energy and helping small-to-medium businesses build customized AI solutions.

Most businesses don't need a chatbot to write a poem; they need an agentic system that solves their specific, messy, real-world problems.

One thing about me: I love research and structured thinking. 
During my engineering degree, I spent four consecutive years on the Dean’s List, consistently top of my class and leading major projects. 

That experience trained me to separate signal from noise and act on what actually works.

Lately, I’ve been deep in research mode.

Figuring out the best AI tools, software, and programming approaches to learn, and just as importantly, what not to learn.

I’ve been experimenting heavily with tools like Claude Code and n8n.

Claude Code has been a game-changer. For the first time, I can design and build process-driven systems with code without needing to manually write every line. 

As long as you understand what the system is doing, you can build powerful workflows.

Alongside that, n8n feels like having a small automated workforce, connecting tools, automating processes, and creating intelligent workflows.

So for the past few months, I’ve been privately experimenting with:

- File structures and project setup

- Workflow automation

- Containerization and environments

- Building clean interfaces for AI-powered tools

It’s a massive puzzle but an incredibly exciting one.

Now I’m moving from learning → application.

Today was tough.

I felt tired. Lethargic. Slower than usual.

Three weeks in Japan. 🇯🇵

But by the final days, I noticed something: I was tired of the city.

So I took a train a couple of hours out of Tokyo, chasing quiet. Chasing nature. 
Hoping to see Mount Fuji without buildings or traffic in the frame.
I never quite got the perfect photo.

But I got the reset I needed.

Walking through bamboo forests. Visiting temples. Standing in Nara with the deer. Slowing down.

One moment that stayed with me?

A tiny coffee shop run by an elderly man who had been making coffee the same meticulous way for over 60 years.

Japan reminded me that excellence doesn’t have to be loud.
Precision can be quiet.

And sometimes, after chasing bright lights, what you really crave is stillness.

Cities inspire me.

But nature restores me.

In 2026, everyone is talking about AI. 

But very few are sitting down to architect Multi-Agentic Systems ecosystems where AI agents don't just "talk to you, but work with each other to solve complex, multi-step business problems

I’ve known about Multi-Agentic systems for over a year. But there is a massive difference between knowing and building,

For the past year, my focus was external. I was traveling, networking, and supporting the MH Ventures portfolio.

I saw the tech coming, I understood the whitepapers, and I watched the trends.

But knowing a revolution is happening is one thing. 

Giving yourself the space, the energy, and the focus to actually master the tools is another.

It took a conscious decision to clear my plate and say: This is where I put my full focus.

The result? I’ve moved from high-level advisory to deep-level development.

I’m no longer just aware of what AI can do for a business; I’m in the code, building the actual infrastructure that makes it happen.

To my fellow founders - The awareness phase of AI is over. 

We are now in the execution phase. 

If you aren't giving yourself the space to truly learn these systems, you're leaving the most powerful leverage in history on the table.

I'm deep in the lab now. And I can't wait to show you what happens when you stop watching the tech and start directing it. 🚀

Raising funds is SIMPLE.

I said what I said.

Not easy. Not painless. Not guaranteed.

But simple, because after years of watching hundreds of founders go through this process, it really does come down to three things.


Most founders overcomplicate it because they're avoiding exactly these three.

Here they are.


1. Be in the right room.

Not every investor is your investor.

Spraying your deck across every VC on Google and wondering why nobody responds isn't a strategy; it's avoidance.

Investor-founder fit is as real as product-market fit.

Find 40 to 60 investors who have specifically backed something adjacent to what you're building. Study their thesis. Get into their world with a perspective, not a pitch.

2. Make them feel something before you make them think something.

Most founders walk in with a perfect deck, and the investor feels absolutely nothing.

Here's how decisions actually get made in that room: the analysis happens after someone is already interested.

Interest comes from emotion first.

Your job in the first meeting isn't to prove your business works. 

It's to make the investor feel the problem so deeply that they can't imagine not backing the solution.

Lead with the human truth. Always before the numbers.

3. Ask for something specific.

Vague asks get vague responses.

Know your number. Know your terms. Know exactly what milestone that capital unlocks and say it clearly without apologizing for it.

Confidence in your ask signals confidence in your vision.

Investors aren't just betting on your business. They're betting on your ability to make decisions under pressure for the next decade.

How you ask tells them everything about how you'll lead.

The part nobody posts about:

Fundraising is mostly rejection. Mostly silence. Mostly following up with people who've gone quiet.

That's just the job.

The founders who raise aren't always the ones with the best companies.

They're the ones who refused to stop.

Here’s what I’m aiming for this week:

• Get back into running now that I’ve got my breath back.

• Find more guests in the AI space for the Make Miss AI podcast.

• Record more short-form content and aim to post once a day.

• Start sharing 15-minute tutorials on things I’m learning along the way.

• Launch the newsletter I’ve been planning.

It’s a lot, and I’m aware of that.

So the real focus is simple: start small, stay consistent, and don’t put too much pressure on the process.

Every day, I’m learning something new, and over time, the systems, routines, and workflows will naturally get easier.

This week, I closed my first content creation project with Perplexity 

And I just landed another content role with an AI company, creating short reels to test their product.

Two massive wins.
For a while, I wondered if short-form content was too small to matter.
Turns out… It’s not.
It’s time-consuming.

It takes real effort.

But it’s also where I have the most fun.

Where I get to experiment.

Where creativity actually flows.

And the most surprising part?

People are watching. Consistently.

So this is a reminder to myself:

I’ve been playing with AI..........Now I want to build with AI.

For months, I’ve experimented with everything.
Chatbots.
AI videos.
Images.
Brand voices.

Cool? Yes.
Useful? Sometimes.

But I kept feeling like I was skimming the surface.

Now that I’m back home in Tauranga, something clicked.
So many small and medium businesses know AI exists.

-They’ve heard the buzz.
-They’ve seen ChatGPT.
-But they don’t know:

How to use it.
Where it fits.
Or how to set it up in a way that actually makes them money.

And that’s the gap I want to step into.
Not just “Miss AI” who talks about tools.
But someone who builds customised AI solutions that solve real workflow problems.

So I’m going deeper.

🔶 I’ve been learning Claude Code, running it through VS Studio, and experimenting with building small internal tools. If you can write code, you can build tailored solutions. And that’s powerful.

This week’s goal?
-Build a tool that:
-Takes a meeting transcript
-Analyzes a business’s workflow (real estate, construction, etc.)
-Identifies where AI can create leverage
-Suggests practical, custom solutions

Instead of guessing where AI fits, I want the data to show it.
I’ll be building this in public.

Documenting the confusion.
The overstimulation.
The learning curve.
The small wins.

Because honestly?
It feels like drinking from a firehose.
But it also feels like the right direction.
Less hype.
More depth.
More real-world usefulness.

Another thing been working on recently is building a personal dashboard to stay accountable

The idea is simple:

Record daily voice notes, store them in one place, and turn those thoughts into ideas, reflections, or content later.

It’s intentionally designed to be:

• Private

• Productive

• ADHD-friendly

• Dyslexia-friendly

For now, it’s just a personal system to help me stay organised, track ideas, and stay locked in. 

But who knows maybe one day it becomes something public.

I also launched my website, and spent time catching up with several MH Ventures portfolio founders.

Those conversations were fascinating because they showed the full spectrum of startup reality:

• Some founders are nearing the end of their runway, urgently searching for new capital.

• Some have pivoted completely from what they were building six months ago.

• Others are doubling down and generating strong revenue.

It’s a powerful reminder that the startup journey is rarely linear.

Lots of learning, lots of conversations, and lots of building.

A lot of the founders who raised before you aren't necessarily building better products.

They’re just a lot louder.

That’s one of the truths about the VC world in 2026 that most founders don't want to accept.

The best tech doesn't always get the cheque.

The most visible founder gets the cheque.

That’s true in Silicon Valley, in San Francisco, on LinkedIn, and basically everywhere.

You think these Celebrity Founders are 10x better at shipping code?

Absolutely not.

They are 10x better at shipping stories.

They’ve turned themselves into a Distribution Channel, and investors are writing cheques to buy into that noise.

January 2026 was a wakeup call: $1.4B was invested in crypto, but the number of deals dropped by 30%.

The money is there, but the "tourist" VCs have left the building. If you’re raising today, you aren't fighting for dollars, you’re fighting for conviction.

The 4 Doors to Capital in 2026:

🔶 Revenue-Based Financing (RBF): This is the year of the "Non-Dilutive Flex." If your MRR is consistent, stop selling equity. Borrow against your future revenue and keep your cap table clean. Repayment scales with your growth.

🔶 Corporate Strategic Partnerships: Massive players (especially in AI and Fintech) are hunting for "Industry-Specific" solutions. They don't just give you a check; they give you their distribution network and their data.

🔶 Community-Led Equity Crowdfunding: In a trust-starved market, your users are your best VCs. Platforms like Republic and SeedInvest are seeing a surge because "customer-owners" have higher retention and zero "institutional dump" risk.

🔶 Milestone-Based VC Rounds: The "Big Check" is dead. Professional investors are now releasing funds in tranches based on performance milestones. They want to see your 5,000-line codebase hold up before they unlock the next million.

Raising money in 2026 feels like a marathon in a storm. It’s exhausting to hear "come back when you have $100k MRR" when you’re just trying to keep your dev team fed.

Build for the customer's pain. When your product is so useful that people must pay for it, the "selective" checks will find you.
