The Team at Rex is amazing and a huge sense of pride for me.

Find the Needle - The Trade Directory

I am extremely proud to have co-founded Find the Needle. From Humble Beginnings of just 3 staff working extremely hard for it's founder members, it has grown into one of the UK's largest and most well respected trade directory websites. It now Operates from Offices in Norfolk, Essex and Hertfordshire and has thousands of active members whom renew at a rate of between 90%-95% each year. I helped grow and expand the client base over the years and train and recruit new staff members. The Team at Find the Needle are a tightly knit, professional and extremely productive bunch. I am proud to have worked with my other two founders, Simon and Ian, in turning Find the Needle into a Brand Name within British Industry. 

I still assist the running of Find the Needle as a consultant, and indeed I still speak to a select number of clients with whom I have built up a good relationship over the years. I will always have a soft spot for the teams at Find the Needle and as long as I am able, I will continue to assist them.
