Additionally, I spearheaded an organization-wide change plan, transitioning to a 100% delivery model via global and regional agencies/system integrator partners, receiving board approval.

I crafted a CDP & and cross-channel messaging roll-up strategy and acquisition thesis for a leading Private Equity Firm. This involved analyzing the value of the CDP market opportunity, identifying acquisition targets, and outlining investment requirements.

As a growth consultant to the CEO of POWr, a leading application provider for fast-growing merchants, I played a pivotal role in creating alliance strategy, developing investor decks, and providing mentorship during the exit process. Successful exit - Evergage acquired by Salesforce. 

Hired by the CEO to establish the channel program and strategy for Evergage's real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP) and AI/ML personalization platform. Successfully recruited 25 partners, including global agencies and system integrators such as Accenture, KPMG, Sapient, BCG, and Cognizant. Additionally, I played a key role in corporate development, evaluating multiple partner/buy/sell opportunities, which resulted in acquiring the product formerly known as MyBuys.

Kibo is backed by Vista Equity Partners and the strategic merger of industry leaders - MarketLive, Shopatron, and Fiverun.

Hired by the CEO of MarketLive to create the channel strategy and launch the program. I successfully launched and onboarded global/regional agencies/systems integrators. This strategic initiative contributed to the acquisition and roll-up known as Kibo Commerce. 

At Kibo, I created a unified channel and ISV program strategy and had P&L responsibility for programs that generated 22% of the company's ARR. Plus, led corporate growth efforts, defining the company's build, partner, and acquire strategy, resulting in two incremental acquisitions (Baynote & Mozu).
