We built social media channels as well as a fully automated follow up system to allow us to recruit massive volumes in a short period of time and to brand the workforce culture.
•	Managed one of the largest projects of hiring and screening candidates.  My team screened over 5000-6000 candidates every season (in a 4-month period) and interviewed, background checked and onboarded 2000-3500.
