In response to another excellent post by Adam Schoenfeld where he basically noted that AI has not revolutionized go-to-market to the extent he'd expected it would (yet), I noticed this excellent comment by Maxence de Villepion  🧱 and I had to repost it here below.

The gist of it: unless you solve GTM infrastructure completely and thoroughly, any effort you spend on actual motions will result in a higher CAC than it should.

I want to rephrase what I took from Maxence's comment.
GTM supporting teams should first and foremost:

- Fix their data model
- Have their ICP definitions well represented in their GTM systems
- Have clear & aligned definitions of processes 
- Get their data operationalized for longevity; this includes both static and dynamic data.

And only then move to activations.
