From my own journey with mental health, I trained in Psychotherapy and NLP then joining Time Isn't Up, a non profit organisation who’s sole aim is to aid those struggling with mental health. 

I’ve featured on podcasts and delivered many keynotes on overcoming various challenges to do with starting, owning and building businesses.
