We harness the power of proven, functionally-rich core solutions and augment it with the energy and culture of being an InsurTech leader. We enable insurers and reinsurers worldwide to fuse the traditional with digital, helping them rapidly adapt, drive change, and succeed with flexible, agile and digitally-optimized software and microservices.

In my second go around at AdvantageGo I am reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and am responsible for identifying, sourcing and qualifying leads within the Commercial Insurance sector across North America.

Strategic Partnerships

-Led the entire customer journey—closing 2-3 new clients per month while also managing post-sale adoption and expansion. Clients ranged from solo entrepreneurs to Enterprises like Scotiabank and Corpay.

-Worked closely with product and marketing to gather insights, refine messaging, and explore product-market fit.

-Balanced new business efforts with supporting existing users, often testing different go-to-market approaches in a rapidly shifting environment.

-While Wrk faced challenges in achieving sustained market traction, this role required adaptability, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to both sales and strategy.

Senior Account Executive | GTM & Customer Expansion

Joined as part of the first sales team following Wrk’s $55M Series A (backed by OMERS Ventures, White Star Capital) to help build out the company’s go-to-market motion.

-Sold to a broad customer base, from SMBs and solopreneurs to larger organizations like Corpay and Scotiabank.
-Navigated shifts in Wrk’s approach, adjusting sales strategies as the company moved between a high-touch service model and PLG.
-Focused on testing and refining different sales motions as the company worked to define its value proposition.

Senior Account Executive

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, I was responsible for sourcing sales qualified leads within the Commercial Insurance sector across North America. A highlight of my tenure includes orchestrating a highly successful thought leadership initiative, featuring CEOs from three of the top commercial insurers in North America. This strategic exercise not only enhanced brand visibility but also played a pivotal role in securing in-person meetings.

Consistently achieving and surpassing targets throughout my tenure. My decision to transition back into the dynamic realm of startups reflects my passion for driving innovation and making impactful contributions to emerging business ventures.

At Swept, we believe that cleaners can add value beyond the tasks of just cleaning and that the most common mistakes that degrade customer satisfaction can most often be avoided. We help our clients to deliver instructions to their cleaners, share results of inspections with cleaners and clients, manage supplies in real-time, and communicate about issues in the field - regardless of language. We do this with mobile and web-based software which is specifically designed for the Janitorial industry.

I was hired through a summer internship in the summer of 2013 and was then offered the role of joining their team as a regular part-time employee. My day-to-day role includes engaging customers in conversations to understand current and future financial needs, proactivity offering advice, promoting products and services and generating sales leads. I take pride in delivering an enhanced customer experience by creating a positive first impression and engaging customers. Throughout my time in this role, I have dealt with 1000’s of customers providing a platform to master the art of creating a unique and memorable experience.
